Location? Check. Gourmet breakfast? Check. Top-notch hospitality? Check. This was the first time my husband and I had ever visited Park City and staying at the Torchlight Inn made the experience incredible. It is located a short walk away from the heart of Main Street as well as the bus transit center which takes you to the base of the mountain or Canyons Village. COVID-wise Chris and Russ have made it a seamless experience. When we arrived we were given directions on how to get to our room and simply had to enter a 5 digit code at our door to get in. We stayed in the Lillihammer Suite and it was so adorable and spacious - definitely recommend if you want a little extra room to spread out. Each night you are asked to fill out your choices for breakfast and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed with whatever you choose. Over the course of the weekend we had the pancakes, omelette, frittata and all the fixings and everything Chris made was to die for. What really makes the Torchlight Inn stand out, however, is the hospitality of Chris and Russ. They make you feel at home from the first moment you meet them and they go above and beyond to accommodate anything you might need. Most notably, we had an early morning flight and couldn't get an Uber or Lyft so Russ drove us to the Salt Lake City airport himself. Truly a lovely experience and we will be recommending Torchlight to everyone we know!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review Hilary! I am so sorry it took me this long to respond to it! We loved hosting you and are thrilled that you had a pleasant experience in Park City and even though the snow was a bit sparse in Early December, you were able to enjoy all things Park City anyway! Again, thank you for taking the time and effort to write a review for us! We really appreciate it! Chris and Russell

Chris and Russ are amazing hosts! They make sure you're comfortable in every way. They can recommend things to do and places to dine, and they are very accommodating. Our room was cozy and we had a great view of Main street (Vancouver room). The bed was comfy and the B&B was very clean. They have a heated driveway so you don't have to worry about getting in and out of the property. Main street is literally just a short walk across the street so they are very conveniently located. They have ski lockers on the ground floor for those who ski. My fav thing was waking up to the smell of coffee and breakfast every morning. The food was great, as was the food selection, and you get to pick your breakfast time as well. A couple tips...ask Chris about the history of the place (they have poured their hearts into it), and I would highly recommend purchasing one of their Torchlight Inn custom coffee mugs as well, as a souvenir. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I just returned home from our week long vacation in Park City. We had an amazing time. Staying at the Torchlight Inn was one of the highlights. The owners, Chris and Russ are just terrific people. They are interesting and friendly and so helpful. We had many wonderful conversations with them and the other guests. We stayed in the Salt Lake room which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. I had French toast almost every day and I never eat French toast...it was that good! The location is perfect. You can walk to town and everything else you would want to do is just a short car ride away. A must stay when in Park City!

This place is absolutely lovely and the owners, Russ and Chris, are so warm, friendly and accommodating. We stayed here in February 2020 with our two young kids in The Lillihammer Suite. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning is delicious! It was so nice to have a great breakfast each morning and not have to worry about it on the mountain or anywhere else. We chose The Torchlight because of its proximity to downtown and weren't sure how it was going to work out to get to the mountain. But, this place was so conveniently situated to the bus station. All you have to do is walk directly across the street to catch a free bus to the mountain. It is a quick 5-10 minute ride and the buses come very frequently. Or, you can take a bus to the Town Lift but with our kids, we found it easier to just go straight to the mountain. One side tip - if you're going to Park City during a busy holiday week, make dinner reservations for the restaurants prior to arriving. We made the mistake of trying to walk in each night and spent many evenings having to wait more than 45 minutes (at some places) for a table. I highly recommend the Torchlight and we would definitely return!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Torchlight. The hospitality provided by Chris and Russ was beyond our expectations. I selected the Inn based on TripAdvisor reviews and our experience was perfect! We always enjoy a boutique type experience over a large hotel chain and the Torchlight did not disappoint. Everything was great..... seamless late night check in, cozy room with beautiful view of the mountains (Lake Placid room), amazing breakfast prepared individually each morning, awesome hot tub on the roof with fireplace and wonderful view of the slopes, great conversation with Chris and Russ along with the other guests and conveniently located just a short walk to Main St. for great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
