We booked a 3 bedroom condo for our girls' trip to Park City. The room was beautiful and everyone in my group was pleased with it. The check-in process is kind of strange as you have to go to a completely different address to do so. I'm happy that I noticed the check in address at the bottom of the... More

Thank you for your review. I apologize for any confusion initially getting settled in the condo. We do not manage the property itself or control the signage so we do out best to explain it at check in though it can be confusing at first. I'm happy to hear the condo met your expectations overall and we do look forward... More

We stayed for 8 nights at 5633 Bobsled Blvd., along with some close friends and their kids. We had a total of 4 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very nice, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It was 3 stories, with 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, 2 fireplaces, 2 balconies with beautiful views,... More

We rented the "deluxe" 3B/2B condo but it was anything but deluxe. Unit was beat up, we found washer stuffed with towels (not sure if they were clean) so not sure what cleaning crew did before we arrived, insufficient linens to last the week, thermostat blocked so hard to keep unit warm, fireplace didn't work, someone's dog defecated by elevator... Make sure your on the top floor of these condos/apartments. If not you will regret it. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing above you. The views from these condos/apartments are dependent on which condos/apartments you get. It's like a hit and miss. I notice a lot of these condos/apartments are facing each other so you are basically looking... More

Just spent 10 nights here. The first 3 bed apartment was clean and tidy but we couldn't stand the noise from the apartment above - running around until 11 o'clock at night and you could hear every footstep. We asked for a change of apartment which was carried out with no trouble at all - we ended up on the... More

On a recent trip to Park City we decided to stay in the Bear Hollow Village. The town home we stayed in was 4 bedrooms. It was very spacious, clean, modern, and could easily have slept 10 people. We were traveling as 2 families with 3 children under 3 years old so we needed the extra bedrooms. Our kitchen was... More

Vacasa's service for this rental was the worst I have ever experienced, and this review should be taken as a review for this specific apartment and not for any adjoining apartment, which might be excellent and well-managed. I rented what was clearly described as a 4-bedroom apartment, but it was only a 3 bedroom apartment. There were numerous problems with... More

Our 3 bedroom condo was practically perfect in every way. We arrived slightly before the official check-in time, and had no problems getting access a little earlier than expected. The furnishings were very modern, and everything was clean and tidy. We had great parking underneath the building, and even met the neighbors, full-time residents who were very kind. My favorite... We stayed at Bear Hollow with the family and we all had a wonderful time. The view and the location is just awesome and the condominium is very cozy and with the hot tub and swimming pool everyone had the best time. Customer Service is above and beyond. Will always stay here whenever we are in Park City.
