We have stayed at New Park resort several times. They offer the best value in Park City for sure. The suites are roomy and very well outfitted. The views are great and the hot tub is always nice and fresh. The resort offers robes which is really nice, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and will text you to see if you need anything if you have left the "do not disturb" sign on your door. They have a beautiful steam room and sauna / gym facility. The lobby is very cozy with several fireplaces and wonderful seating. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and shops around. The drive to Park City is about 15 minutes and 20 minutes to Deer Valley.
The resort was nice. There was nothing wrong with the property. But, nothing really stuck out either. For the price, I expected luxury customer service but didn’t really experience that. It was just…average. Area is nice - bunch of overpriced restaurants with okay food…again, nothing to over the top, like I would’ve imagined.
Loved this hotel and the location, it is right across the street from great restaurants and within walking distance from the grocery store. It’s quiet and we absolutely loved the balcony and our view. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay, we would definitely stay again!
Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the TV was broken in our sleeping room and a bulb was out and was never fixed as requested. Other than that, everything was great.
Stayed here while traveling on business for Sundance. Let’s start with the good: Resort is very conveniently located in a shopping center with several restaurants, coffee shops, fast food and grocery stores nearby. Easy to get Uber pick ups for local transportation and not too far from ski resorts and downtown area. The pool/gym area was clean and nice. I’m a sucker for an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub in the winter. It was also very quiet. I enjoyed my two evenings in the hot tub! The hotel desk staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were helpful and accommodating when I accidentally deactivated my room key. And now on to the mixed/downright negative: The overall feel of this hotel is just a bit off. I’m not sure if it wants to be extended stay condos or a modern ski lodge. Decor feels a little tired/dated throughout. Feels like a place that would’ve been super trendy in 2006, but now just feels a little past its prime. The room was well appointed. I appreciated the bathrobes, wine glasses and convertible coffee table/desk. The bathroom was large with a deep soaking tub which, while appreciated by me, could be a drawback for those with mobility issues. The bed was also comfortable. That said, the room was very dark with a view of a tiny interior courtyard preventing light from entering. The “standard” room is really just an additional bedroom for the larger condos with a locking door between the two so that the single rooms can be sold on their own. I had trouble with my neighbors violently shaking the door in the middle of the night, waking me up in a panic. I could also hear every phone call and conversation they took during the day. The room temperature was also problematic and I struggled with keeping the room cool. My A/C simply did not work, despite having it set to 60 degrees. I actually opened the window for two nights, and even the 10 degree air did little to solve the temperature issue. Above all else, the cleanliness of my room was my main gripe. Maybe the cleaning team assigned to my room was having an off day, but I noticed toothpaste from the previous guest caked on my sink knobs and a random piece of tape hanging above the bed as if someone had put a birthday banner there before. On my second night, the cleaning person left a cloth on my bed. None of these things ruined my experience, but for the cost of this “resort,” I expected better. I will add that my colleague staying at the resort did not have any issues with cleanliness. Overall, not the best, not the worst, but I might try some one of the other nearby options if I return to the area.…
This was a great find. Walking distance to lots of dining. Clean large rooms. Heated tile floors. Hot tub and fireplace. Close to ski kills etc. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and tub large. The design of the hotel is very soothing. Warm teal copper / stone etc.
My husband I visited for a couples weekend and the room exceeded our expectations. Cozy and roomy suite with a fireplace gave it a homey feel. The special touches from the heated floors, roses, hooks to hang winter coats, etc. we're appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Skiing resorts about 10-12 minutes drive.
Family ski vacation after Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially after out plane was canceled causing a delay. Rooms were great, we had a townhouse, very spacious and clean with updated decor. There were nice views of a nature reserve outside our windows, along with a walking path, and a village type area with shops and restaurants, even a grocery story and ski rentals, all within walking distance. A bit pricey but worth it. We would love to stay here again if we ever return to Park City.
Such a wonderful stay! Centrally located. Walkable to store’s & restaurant s. Fantastic room and can’t say enough about Michelle. So helpful and always greeting us with so much warmth which is nice when it snows for 3 days straight!
The entire staff goes above and beyond. Clean room. Great communication. And fantastic views. Highly recommend. Will be back again for another time. Also the hot tub on the roof top does not disappoint
