We stayed in unit 54. The location is perfect to access the Mountain Resort Plaza, ski lifts (Crescent and Payday) and the shuttle buses to get around town. There is a 7-Eleven on Park Avenue that is about a 10 minute walk too. The size of the unit was good and having a second bedroom was great for the suitcases....

Disappointing. Would not return, especially to rooms that are like being in a basement. Room #52 had blinds that were broken and bent, no natural light in living room and an entrance from the garage that foreshadows a dark visit.

The staff were friendly, kitchen well-stocked with cooking tools, everything in good working order. I particularly love having a gas fireplace that puts out heat, a laundry room and ski locker on our floor, and skiing within walking.

3 BR, Loft Unit (room type 3B) was BIG! We had 8 of us including 3 kids. We easily could have had 10 people as per the capacity - our 2 teens slept on the couch and murphy bed. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and the lobby area was well kept and quaint. The distance to Park City...

Rooms are older, but nice. Walking distance to the ski lift, legacy village, and main street is only down the hill. Makes it easy to get around Park City. I never had to move the vechicle. Plenty of parking. Great location.

Certainly not what I would categorize as a three star property. Maybe 2 star -- but it is very old, tired. Squeaky mattresses, ugly mismatched furniture and lowest attempt to provide basic accommodations. Staff is fine. Location is good. If you are a budget traveller and don't mind a lower class property, this is a perfectly acceptable place. If you...

I booked this on Expedia and paid 400$ a night. This is the same price I paid to stay down the street at a ski in ski out hotel with amenities that were very updated. The hotel and unit are old and dated. The hot tub does not work. I noticed in other reviews that this get back as far...

This is not a hotel but rather timeshare condos. We booked our unit through Booking.com and that wasn't clear. However, we had a wonderful experience and were very pleased with our spacious, clean and comfortable queen studio (#19). There must be a lot of variability between units based on some of the negative comments. Our unit had granite countertops, new...

I booked one of their one bedroom interior view rooms, which ended up being right next to the front desk. The room itself was nice enough, but had absolutely no sound insulation. Not only could I hear everything going on in the hall I could easily hear the conversation of people in the next room with them talking at normal...

I was so so sorely disappointed with this stay. When we stayed in 2014, we met the new management staff and though there were problems with the unit and some of the experience, the management went above and beyond to make our stay magical. All the problems, they said, were because of old management practices that they were determined to...
