The Carriage House is dirty, with paper this walls, The windows block no noise from the parking lot. It sounds as if you have people right in the condo with you. The condo is non refundable for any reason don't risk it. Rent a reputable place. This is not it. Never again!!!

We visited Park City in February for a week and were interested in an economical housing option. Due to it's low cost we weren't expecting a whole lot but this place was awful. The room was dark, the bed was uncomfortable and all the furnishings were worn and dated. The free wi-fi is very slow. When we checked in we...

If it wasn't for the great company I came with and our willingness to just grin, bear it and laugh at the situation I would have left the first night. This place is a SHEER DUMP from top to lumpy bed! There are basically NO REDEEMING points....except location to the very nice GYM Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa which...

Wow! Where to start! Showed up and took 45 minutes and a phone call to some random guy who gave us a code to a box that had everyone's key in it! Very sketchy! Room was okay but when we came out in the morning there was a boot on the car and a note telling us to call this...

This was a first, where we went to one place for the code to another so we could get the code for the key. The rooms were clean, but dated. There was no wifi because no one at the contact had the wifi code. The one they had was wrong. For a place to rest after skiing, it was fine.

This property is a mix of multiple buildings with condos that are owned by various people and companies. We stayed in on in Carriage House building that was operated by a company called All Seasons. As each unit in this property is individually owned they is likely to be great variation in prices, accommodations and cleanliness. Property: The condo was...

Wifi name and code was incorrect. It was after office hours when I needed it and answering service said it must of changed, because she had same one as me. Called next day and it had changed but they hadn't updated check in papers. Exterior and hall were dirty and needed maintenance. Showers were nice. Rooms were ok but dingy.

Overall, it was a good value, and I would consider staying here again. Unfortunately, sound traveled fairly well through the rooms, but the rooms were very comfortable. I stayed in a building that was on a bus stop. It generally took me about 10 minutes to get to the slopes utilizing Park City's free transit during my stay. It took...

We stayed in the prospector in park city. Was a small condo for 2 of us. The shuttle picked up right across street to drop you off at park city or canyons. Didn't need a car. The condo was perfect for a couple. But no oven if you wanted to make big dinner but for couple the one bedroom was...

They have a nice room, but they're not a hotel, they 're some kind of accomodation facility. On my building they don't have hot tub. But is really close to downtown Park City. and really close to Park City Mountain resort
