Short staffed and not a great hotel stay. Would never stay again at this location. The front staff was unprofessional, seemed irritated and confused at all times. The bar seemed never staffed and was limited. My expectations were high as we have the franchise in my home city. I left very disappointed.
Good location for access to Park city lifts. Short drive or bus ride to the lifts. Spacious rooms with good breakfast and great afternoon snacks. Convenient location for access to the lift at Canyon Village or the main lift the park city.
very mean people front desk,helping_0 ,arogant, disrespectful, never ever again, worst expierience with them, pls make sure before you do reservation about rules, over charge, crazy rules about pets, never never never!!!!!!
Great hotel in an excellent location - so nice we could rent skies and snow board right on site. Bonus! The room was clean and the breakfast very convenient. I also had some questions before check in and the supervisor on staff was so very helpful and emailed me additional information I needed. Thank you so much!
Hotel is a little removed from the ski resorts. Shuttle was unreliable. Breakfast was out of food and poorly restocked. Rooms are clean and the hot tub was great. No real amenities or perks for Hyatt members.
This location is well managed and fully staffed. You are close to everything and have access to free bus service to surrounding services (slopes, Main Street, etc). Breakfast was stellar and the 5pm appetizers. Rooms are large and views are great. Charlie the GM is friendly as well.
Great Hotel with a decent breakfast. This Hyatt place is still relatively new and was very clean. Definitely one of the better Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at. Regarding the location for skiing/snowboarding, I would recommend either bringing your own car or be prepared for a 15 minute walk uphill to the closest gondola via an access road behind the building (I found the frostwood gondola the closest option). The bus is an option as well but gave up after the first one came by full and didn’t want to wait for another one. It stops every 20-30 minutes. The staff were very nice and friendly.
Loved this location. It was close to the stores, bus stops, downtown and skiing. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist in anyway they could. There was a large amount of snow this season and the parking lot still had a lot of snow in it, but they would salt often to help prevent black ice.
Staff and services at the hotel are very good. Only negative comment is on taking the 101 High Valley Transit Bus back to the hotel which requires a dangerous walk along a major road with cars speeding by to return to the hotel.
This hotel would be best for friends coming to ski that didn't expect any frills. Worn couches, hard beds, one tiny hand soap (1"x2") and no extra bedding provided other than a pillow. $30 resort fee includes a very small reception from 5-7 pm. By 6 pm, there were only some older carrots and a bowl of chips left. We didn't go back the 2nd night. It also includes a S'mores kit if you want to sit in front of the hotel to roast the marshmallows and 2 tiny bottles of water in the fridge. However, the rooms were pretty clean and large. No frills but a decent hotel if you can get a good deal and want to be on the slopes most of the time.
