My number one metric for a hotel is the quality of sleep I get. This place must be made out of paper, because you can hear every single sound in every room around you. Unless you’re staying on the third floor, be prepared to hear a parade of feet in the rooms above and in the hallways. We could even hear a baby crying from down the hall last night. All of the other amenities don’t matter if you wake up a zombie. Yes we’re still here. Yes, we’re exhausted.
We stayed here for a night to enjoy a day at the Adventure Park. The staff was extremely nice and informative! The pool area was clean and enjoyable with 2 hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool.. and sauna. Rooms were clean. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the pizza was FANTASTIC! Hotel was one mile from ski lifts - great vacation!
This resort exceeded my expectations. It is very modern and clean and our king suite was large enough for our family of four with plenty of space to spare. We paid for five nights at this hotel what our friends paid for one night at the Deer Valley montage! Pros: Lots of amenities— ski shop on site, laundry (bring quarters or they can exchange dollars at front desk), indoor outdoor pool and two large hot tubs (never crowded), large well equipped gym, shuttle service to both Deer Valley and Park City mountains, and to Main street at night, full breakfast. It was also just a 10 minute walk to some shops and restaurants. In addition, we were able to get a rollaway bed for our children, so one slept on that, and the other on the pull out couch in the king suite. Highly recommend the king suite! Request the rollaway bed in advance as they are limited. Cons: These were minor and did not negatively affect our trip, but worth mentioning. The eggs at the full breakfast are not real and not edible! This would be easy to change. My family did have trouble returning from deer Valley on the shuttle one day. It was almost an hour late! I suggest that they implement a text or GPS system so that people waiting for the shuttle will know if there is an issue. Lastly, the door to the bathroom in the king suite is a rolling door that does not close all the way! Very strange and resulting in lack of privacy. I don’t think that the regular rooms have these kind of doors. Overall, we immensely enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again if returning to the area for a ski vacation!…
I was very disappointed staying here. Parking is a joke, they DO NOT clean the outdoor parking. It is packed with snow and ice, we slipped a few times. Talked to the front desk about my issues but they didn't care. It was pretty much my problem. DONT STAY HERE!!!
Great hotel! This was a ski trip, and the hotel was just right! Adjoining restaurant was good & they delivered to our room. The staff was friendly & very helpful! The ski rental inside the hotel was very convenient and they provided good information.
Everything was perfect, it is a small super well maintened hotel, nice friendly staff, rooms are perfect in size with everything you may need. We stayed ina a standard room and it was more than anyone would need, small but perfectly functioning bathroom, Big comfy bed, Enough space for a couple. Great indoor parking for a foot of snow we recieved this weekend. Loved the "please quiet" signs from 10 pm. If you are thinking in staying here, think no more, do it
This was an amazing experience. Breakfast was fantastic, shuttle service to mountain was great and the room was amazing. Will stay here again for sure. Loved the outdoor hot tub and the cookies in the afternoon. The restaurant is also very very good.
The rooms are big and the bed comfortable. They have a mid century, including a table top radio. The rooms look like they were more recently redone than a slightly older looking bathroom. Shower floor could definitely use a scrubbing. The Park City water definitely takes getting used to. Avoid the unfiltered water from the tap. Only 2 small complimentary bottles of water allowed PER STAY. Maid service is included but must be ordered at least a day in advance. Just order it for your compete stay. Complimentary self serve breakfast with powdered eggs & frozen waffles, along with other basics is just that, basic. Help is nowhere in sight as the garbage bag overflows and piles appear nearby. The first morning the coffee came out cold and needed to be reheated in the microwave. Front staff are friendly & helpful, but housekeeping staff spoke not even the most basic of English. The hotel is convenient to multiple bus routes into Park City. The hotel has convenient complimentary shuttles too.…
This was a very satisfying place to stay for just one night. I was able to check in early around 1pm despite the hotel being nearly 100% occupied the prior night. They serve delicious (and complimentary) hot chocolate in the afternoons as well as breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are quite large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was a bit small, especially relative to how large the room is. Some of the common areas of the hotel were a bit disorganized / untidy, but not surprising given how much foot traffic the hotel was receiving. Overall, a great stay for it's price.
The service was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was excellent. Only five minutes to the slopes. The staff was friendly and we appreciate that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice.
