The bird watching year round at Utah Lake is awesome! In the winter bald eagles can be seen occasionally pretty close to the docks. But the ice is amazing! With 10 degree changes in the weather the lake changes drastically. It is frozen one day and breaking up the next with huge chunks crashing inland. It is just cool to...

We spent the night on the way down to southern UT for mountain biking. Wanted to stay at Antelope Island but that was full by early afternoon on a Saturday. Utah Lake was less than half full at 3 pm. (+): Quick, easy access from I-15. Nice, level parking, water & electric hook up at camp site. Lots of room...

This is a nice state park for big rigs in that the street and 30amp sites are paved and level, there is a large covered concrete patio with a picnic table at each site, most pads are long enough for even the biggest rigs, and there are few trees to get in the way of your satellite. Getting in and...

Had nice level , pull through sites. Table was covered with a cooking set up and separate fire ring. Did not have any problems with mosquitoes but weather was hot. No grass or trees which would have been a relief from the heat. Showers are at the beginning where the a and b loops begin so not one but convenient...

We stayed 2 nights here. It wasn't too bad. We had a good time but it wasn't as clean as we would've hoped. The bathrooms and shower were dirty. The campground is very nice and there is a very nice view.

We stayed in our travel trailer one night. Didn't use the restrooms so can't comment on that. We couldn't go outside our trailer after dusk because of the mosquitoes. I never seen so many. Campsites are large with covered eating area. No trees, no privacy. Nice views of mountains, partial lake view. Paid $30 night, not worth it. Now I...

We spent 3 days here in a large motor home. The roads were good, paved with wide turn arounds. Level spots, good electric and water. Showers were not very clean and the water was luke warm. The bathrooms also were not very clean. Our biggest issue was the tall weeds and stickers were getting into our dogs feet everywhere and that was...

This is a place that has potential. Thankfully I only stayed one night. All of the bathrooms are really dirty and appear to never get cleaned. The campground is nice and the surrounding area is nice but whoever is in charge of cleaning may need to find another career. I pee'd in a coffee can instead of using the bathrooms,...

The park offers nice picnic shelters at each site and all are well spaced apart. I would have been inclined to rate it a 3 or even a 4 if it were not for two big issues and one small one. The biggies: 1) The park hosts drive around a lot and have all the tools for site cleanup. However...

Stayed here in mid May while on business. The park is quiet and provides quite a bit of space. Shade would be nice and the park needs to invest in shade trees. Bathrooms were clean but more than one stall should be a standard.
