My husband and I thought this bed and breakfast was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere over all was a nice change from the typical hotel room. The owner was present when we had breakfast and was so friendly and anxious to make sure our stay was perfect. The location is also fantastic and easily within a few... More

A mansion on the historical register. Good location with adequate parking. King bed with jetted tub in the room. Each room has a unique theme. Breakfast was good and filling. Hosts want feedback and know the area.

A historic B&B in walking distance of the centre of town. We stayed in The Lodge, a western themed room, reminding us of our visits to the National Parks, although none of our rooms there came with a hot tub! We were celebrating our anniversary and a bottle of sparkling pear juice was left in our room for us to... More

This is something completely different. It is extremely quirky and unusual. The house is full of antiques and interesting artefacts. We stayed in the "Library" with the bath up a spiral staircase to an attic. You can forgive small things here like difficult heating system because everything else is so interesting. If you want a modern business type hotel this... More

First,I am not a fan of B+b's.the house is beautiful and convenient for BYU.The owner does not live in but has college students live in.The owner comes in the morning at breakfast.the room we had in the front was strange, king bed very high, no stool. We had to take a flying leap to get on the bed. There were 3 steps to... This is a wonderful B and B right near the heart of downtown Provo UT. The room was great with plenty of space and a jacuzzi and private shower were included. It was on the first floor with a private entrance near the parking area. Kyle and Michelle were gracious hosts and the breakfast was perfect for starting out our... More

My husband and I spent our wedding night here and returned about 15 years later. It was perfect both times! We stayed in what they now call "The Eagle's Nest." It was a lovely elegant room with the cute nooks and crannies you only find in attic rooms. I was disappointed just now to see that they have repainted the... More

This was the worst B&B experience ever. Although there was only one other guest on the night we stayed, there was only one room ready. It was previously a porch and was not adequately heated. We were uncomfortably cold. There was no shower, only a tub. The sink/toilet area was tiny. Very uncomfortable room. Bad experience.

I am truly sorry you had a bad stay with us, however its especially sad as just some simple communication with us and we could've vastly improved your stay with us. We are extremely accommodating and eager to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room you stayed in is our smallest room and that's why we charge a discounted... More

We loved every minute of our stay. We stayed in the beautiful Garden Room. Everything was just perfect form the lovely stained glass window to the delicious breakfast in the morning. Don't forget to try the bath bomb! The Hines Mansion is a great place to stay whether you're traveling through or looking for a local getaway.
