The hotel is conveniently located in downtown St. George. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 and the finish was 1 block away. The rooms are pretty basic. The bed and pillow were hard and it was noisy. The rooms were clean and didn't smell...More
The claim of recently renovated is a little outdated. Renovation may have occurred 10+ years ago. Positive things about this place are that it’s located in the historic part of town.

Where to start? I have been contributing to trip advisor for many years and have never given a “1”. When we are driving from Manitoba to the southwest USA we use chain hotels and only for one night at a time. We booked this hotel...More

What I can say is that the room we stayed in, which was on the first floor in the unattached building and was a suite, seemed to be completely handicap accessible. It was the only room left available, a suite, but was not designated as a handicap room.
There was a lot of room but unfortunately, we were less than thrilled, (read my post) with the accommodations. We are going this weekend to the Dixie Palm and I will post photos and a review of that motel when we arrive back this Sunday. Please watch for that post and you may choose to stay there instead. It was just as affordable and the reviews were all very positive and as recent as July of this year.
