Michael, the owner, is great. He's the friendliest person you'll meet. I think it's managed mostly by a family so I think that is why it's a really great place to stay. We stayed there for a week and Michael gave us a discount for staying that long. I didn't even ask him for one, but he just offered it....

I'm not sure if the summer prices are as cheap as when we stayed there in a couple weeks ago. But this is a very nice place and very well priced. The front staff, I think his name was Mark was more than friendly. Very clean and right next to all the stuff you might do while in town. I'll...

Large, comfortable, clean room with large kitchen and eating area in handy location. Very nice owner, who engaged us in fascinating conversations! Comfortable bed, spacious bath, very good value. We will return next time we are in St. George.

When my husband told me we were staying at the Chalet on our trip south for his convention.I was a bit skeptical. We have always stayed at the more expensive name brand places. He has been staying here for years on his work and pleasure trips however. I was so so so glad we did stay here!! Michael, the owner...

What looks simple and vintage on the outside is a nicely remodeled hotel room on the inside - and I understand that more remodeling and upgrades are yet to come. I would definitely recommend this property for the value minded traveler - quiet, clean (and I mean clean!), comfortable room with kitchenette. I was glad that I read reviews about...

We love the well preserved vintage motels and this one ranks right up there with the best of them. Recently renovated large room with a very comfortable bed. Clean bath and linens. Kitchenette (which we did not use). Parking at the door, just the way it should be.Safe and secure. Highly enjoyable stay near the Interstate at a bargain price.

Arrived late in the evening just before office closed (hours are 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Looks like they also make accommodations if you arrive later. Had a friendly greeting and told to check the room and let them know if anything needed attending. Didn't need to change anything. Room was cozy and clean. Fridge and microwave, no coffee maker....

If you are like me, when a hotel or motel is too inexpensive you worry that it is unsafe or unclean. Well, this little motel is VERY clean and safe. It is an old motel on the main drive in St. George. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We got two adjoining rooms one of which was a kitchenette....

My husband and I stayed here over the busy Thanksgiving weekend. Michael was a wonderful host and we enjoyed chatting with him. I have stayed in many places and my number one criteria is cleanliness. I don't need fancy, but I do need clean. This motel fit that requirement perfectly; the bedding was fresh and the maid did a great...
