The Cliff Lodge is surely a nice hotel. Its location is undoubtedly spectacular. The Cliff Spa is truly remarkable. Having said that, the stay at the Cliff Lodge and Spa left a somewhat awkward aftertaste. Admittedly, my high expectations are gauged the enormous costs for a hotel room. For two nights, I paid more than $460, the price of a...

This is Snowbird at its best. People come here to ski, not for the lodging or the food. This seemed to be the best hotel in Snowbird - but do not expect glitz when coming here. Expect amazing skiing - because that is why you come to Snowbird I loved it. The room was very clean and the view was...

Snowbird is an elite skiers destination. The hotel has not changed in years but consumers tastes have. We want more bang for our buck but is this really the mindset we should have? I prefer the hotel as us rather than something you see in Deer Valley. It's a nestled little secret tucked in a far away mountain . Be...

It doesn't get more convenient for skiing, and hands down this is the reason this resort is so popular for skiers. Its priced reasonably compared to other resorts right on the mountain because its so old and outdated. The hotel itself hasn't been updated in at least 25 years. The carpets and furnishings are beyond worn out. It's just nasty....

The rooms are straight up Holiday inn but the beds are comfy and you ski in and ski out. Outdoor pool and hot tubs were oping when it was 5 degrees outside! Not sure there's anything better. Spa is good and restaraunts at the lodge do the trick. The steak pit was really good. Actually, I love this place. My...

Older and large hotel at base of snowbird. The rooms are showing their age. We had a three room suite consisting of a central living room and two adjoining flanking bedrooms. Pluses: Large rooms Full kitchen in the suites Washer dryer in room Humidifier in each room Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful Ski-in/out - I think this is...

Everyone at this resort was very helpful and friendly. The service in each restaurant was really good and the food at all was top notch. We ate at EL Chanate Restaurant and Cantina and although I didn't care that much for the view or atmosphere, I thought the vegetable burrito with verde sauce was unexpectedly different and very good. The...

We flew a long way from Indonesia to snowbird and stayed at the cliff. We were caught by an unpleasant surprise that the ski resort does not rent ski wear! So we ended up getting our first ever ski wear at the only ski shop at the cliff. A fairly hefty price that we have paid for a family of...

The resort was great. The valet system and ski lockers are the best I've ever used. We pulled up and the valets took all our ski gear, put it in our assigned lockers with our personal codes and we didn't have to do anything until we went skiing the next day. The restaurant was good but pricey. Wednesday the top...
