The Osborne Inn is a nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We stayed in the Ruth May and Jesse Fox room which was on the first floor and had a private entry from a little porch. We were able to leave the door open at night and it was extremely peaceful....

I had such a wonderful time my first trip that I returned there for the second time this summer. And then I had an even better time and stayed for the third time. This place is great! Carly was my inn keeper, and she was the best!

I've stayed at the Inn on multiple occasions and it's never been anything short of lovely. It's one of the very most beautiful homes in a beautiful historic district, and I'm always better for spending a night here. Can't recommend highly enough.

One thing after another, I did not stay the night. The worst was jetted tub spewing black crap from not being cleaned enough. Be aware you may not get phone service in that area, making it difficult to contact even the Innkeeper.

We are sorry to learn of this reviewer's unmet expectations at The Osborne Inn. We strive to provide a comfortable, clean, and private environment to encourage a relaxing stay. We thank this reviewer for pointing out an isolated occurrence that has been corrected. We sanitize our jetted tubs regularly, and clean rooms meticulously, all at a very low cost compared...

The Osborne Inn is like stepping back in time, but with all the amenities of modernity. I'm very picky about cleanliness and the Inn exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful, as well! Spring City is such a peaceful little town with so much history, it was rejuvenating to spend a few days there. I also loved that our room...

We had a wonderful stay at the Osborne Inn! Carly could not have been a more gracious host, she really went the extra mile... conversations were enjoyable, the breakfasts were tasty and she even put a candle in the Fruit Crisp for my husbands birthday. Thank you, Osborne Inn, for such a memorable stay.

We had the great fortune of being the only guests for the night, so it was like having a whole house for ourselves, which we thouroughly enjoyed. The house is impeccable on the inside, all facilities are brand new, but the decor is antique. Really fantastic experience.

We booked a room for a quick night away from the city and enjoyed every bit of the experience. The room was lovely, the house was beautiful, and the breakfast delicious. The host was quick to answer all of our questions via texting and gave us some good ideas on what to do around town. We used the bikes for...

Everything about our stay had the feel of being family.Enough care to say your wanted but hands off enough to say your family. The rooms are smaller but this was expected in this type of home. That said it was more than enough room especially with the tub, The usage of the bikes was a pleasant add on and gave...

We spent two days at the Osborne Inn in Spring City, Utah. We discovered it by accident, as we were looking for accommodations closer to Manti, but Manti was booked. Turns out we had the best get away weekend we've had in a long while, and the Osborne Inn made it that way. Manti simply isn't that far from Spring...

“You can't go wrong on any room choice. The Evelyn and Louise rooms are upstairs with a jetted tub (we stayed in the Evelyn room). The Carnahan room is more spacious. Downstairs is the Fox room that is larger than the upstairs rooms but without a jetted tub. The cabin in the back is very private and secluded.”

“all rooms are very nice. 3 are upstairs with steep stairs going up, so if that presents a problem pick a room downstairs.”

“All of the rooms are lovely. We got a tour of them all while we were there. The only issue would be if you have a problem with stairs, in which case I'd recommend the room on the ground level.”
