We were in Cabin #3, which was a lovely location. It was a full moon while we were there, and we were able to bundle up (it was chilly still) and sit outside for a moon bath. The big picture windows allowed us a beautiful view of the red rocks, and we left the blinds open at night to allow...

We arrived for our three nights to a warm welcome from Steve the owner. The place, which was HUGE, didn't appear to be very old, was just immaculate, no smells at all, all the bedding was nice and fresh, comfy beds and enough utensils for self catering. Absolutely stunning views from the large windows at the rear. Also a small...

Recently spent 2 nights at Pine Shadow Cabins. The pictures accurately displayed our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised at how thick and soft the towels were. There is an ample supply of videos and dvds available in office area to watch in the cabin. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

We spend 4 nights here in May 2017. Cabins are nestled in scrub pine forest, with beautiful views out the back patio of a high ridge/bluff. Six cabins are close together, but the dense trees and privacy fences are well placed to provide privacy to all the cabins. Owners friendly and helpful with any questions that came up during our...

After researching all the lodging possibilities for a visit to Capitol Reef National Park, I decided on Pine Shadows Cabins. I was very pleased that I chose it. It is absolutely beautiful, with separate cabins, looking at mountains in all directions. It is in Teasdale which is a mile south of route 24, and off the main road in Teasdale,...

My husband and I enjoyed a perfect stay at Pine Shadows. Our cabin was roomy, clean, and comfortable for our three night stay. Our friends stayed at the cabin next door, and they were equally happy with their accommodations. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals using the stove top and microwave. A hibachi came in handy outside,...

We are repeat visitors to Pine Shadows and there are good reasons for this. There is something about Pine Shadows that imparts complete peacefulness and relaxation. The cabins are always in the same well kept and clean state as found in our previous visits. The location of the cabins to Capitol Reef is such that it is easy to get...

My husband and I spent a week at Pine Shadows while we hiked and canyoneered in Capitol Reef. We were looking for clean, private, quiet, and roomy accommodations that allowed us to do our own cooking and didn't have noisy guests keeping us up at night. We found the perfect spot at Pine Shadows. The things I loved the most...

We stayed at Pine Shadows for two nights in March, 2017 with our daughter, son-in-law and four grandkids. Our cabins were comfortable, roomy and had everything we needed. Close location to Capitol Reef and beautiful views from our cabin all around. Steve and Debbie made sure that we had everything we needed and were most welcoming, even taking a family...

Every cabin has a front and back entrance, and a covered porch for viewing the rock formations, the Velvet Ridge, cedars, and pinion pines. As the early morning sun changes its position in the sky, one can sit and watch these sandstone mountains turn bright orange, then coral, and finally almost a pure white. The spacious cabins have two queen beds and a television with VCR. Bathrooms have bathtub with shower. A kitchen affords each guest with the option of cooking in or eating out.
