I booked this through Hotels.com, and it came up as America's Best Inns. I assume that Red Ledges is this particular franchise's name. Our check-in was quick, and our second floor room as very basic but very clean and well maintained. The interior walls had recently been painted, and the carpets were fairly new. The main reason that this place...

Thank you so much for taking time out to write this review. Our guests opinions matter a lot to us. I'm glad you enjoyed the mattress and hope you got a good nights rest, for all of the wonderful exploring spots southern Utah has to offer. We are currently in the works of getting microwaves and refrigerators in all of...

After an awesome drive through Utah's Red Rock country my brother and I were ready for a relaxing evening pondering the magnificent scenery we had seen. When we got to Tropic we spotted the newly renovated Red Lodge Inn and stopped to see if there was a room. The personable clerk found us a two bedroom room upstairs, then looking...

The office area was nice, there is a fireplace there but in the morning, that is where the tables are so you cannot see it. The room is very basic, thin towels and some basic toiletries. Used last tissue, went to front desk to ask for another and they handed me the box off the front desk. My pet peeve...

This is definitely an economy motel, and if it was placed elsewhere, it would be over priced; however, it gave the appearance of being well cared for and was very clean. The coffee in the room was tasteless and was an older drip coffee maker. We really missed not having a fridge in our room. Their continental breakfast included pancakes...

Very convenient location for Bryce Canyon but the Inn is a bit dated and does not offer much in amenities. We had booked a King Bed Suite which was supposed to have a sofa but the room that we were given did not actually have one (the friendly staff rectified the situation by providing a rollaway). Very limited selection of...

My mom, sister, and I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it was in a great location. The only problem was that the bathroom door had trouble closing, but that's to be expected in an older hotel. The place might look iffy, but it's actually very nice.

Good central location; Located 10-15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. 10 minutes from the road to Kodachrome and Grosvenor arch. The rooms were just refurbished with new bedding, furniture and huge TV's. Very comfortable and quiet (maybe not so quiet in the summer?) Great breakfast. Great staff. Very friendly.Fair prices. Quiet location. No complaints. I would recommend this place.

They have beds. There was a TV that worked sometimes. Just not a lot of options if your road trip takes you through here. The breakfast was decent, lots of cereal options is what sticks with me. You can do better, but not in Tropic.

We stayed one night whilst visiting Bryce NP. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a good restaurant and supermarket next door. It was fun hearing horses neighing in the nearby property. We were a bit disappointed that breakfast started later then we were able to stay for as we wanted to catch the sunrise, and then move...

We stayed here when we went to Bryce Canyon. The motel is about 10 minutes away from the park, but a lot cheaper than staying close to Bryce. Check in was very pleasant. We weren't supposed to have breakfast, but was surprised when they told us it was 7. The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. We stayed...
