Super basic hotel but service was great, location was great and the town is really interesting. A little pricey for what it is but overall it was acceptable. The free breakfast was good and the store was a good place to stock up.

No frills but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast next door was free and tasty. Close to Bryce Canyon. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Bryce again. Would recommend this to anyone traveling on a budget

Booked this motel due to others being fully booked at the time during July 4th week. Rates were reasonable and it seemed that it was only about 10 miles from Bryce Canyon so decided to give it a try. When we arrived, the receptionist was most unhelpful and told us that there were no downstairs rooms available when in fact...

This was our second year visiting Bryce and our second stay at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast next door worked perfectly before our horse back adventure into Bryce Canyon. There was a billing concern that was handled easily when I returned home. We will definitely stay here again on our next Bryce visit.

Good value situated in tropic about 10 mins drive to tropic. Good restaurant next door (Clarkes) where you also get free breakfast including hot items (you can choose 4 items). Its not flash but has all you need, clean bathroom, comfy bed & somewhere to park.

My husband and I booked this hotel when none of the hotels closer to Bryce had openings so it was not our first choice. The good parts are that it was a shorter drive than we had hoped (took about 15 minutes to get to the park), the room was clean, and we got a complimentary breakfast next door at...

One night stay to visit Bryce. Got a ground floor room at the back, which has the view of the houses in the next street, so not very interesting. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Our internet did work, which seems a bit hit or miss according to reports on here. Tried the pizza place...

Rooms are clean, walls newly painted, carpets looked pretty new. The furniture is a bit worn but it held our belongings just fine! everything worked well for us, the free breakfast was fast and decent. Grocery store attached to the restaurant is handy. I wished they had a pool but I guess the ADA requirements have eliminated pools in most...

Do not stay here, this place is as dirty and grimy as they come. Tile falling off shower, dirty floor, dirty towels, lousy breakfast of cold pancake, lousy help, I saw other reviews about ice, I didn't want to get my cooler dirty- do not stay here

This is an older motel that is in good condition. It is located about 7 miles from Bryce Canyon away from all the tourist buses and commercial hoopla found near the entrance. It was clean, quiet and comfortable but not fancy. Best deal is the free breakfast next door at Clarke's. A sit down, hot breakfast with fluffy buttermilk pancakes,...
