From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast is in a beautiful area. We arrived very late, but a note and key awaited our arrival. The room was comfortable with an amazing view of the sunset from our balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, generous and friendly. The owners and guest all mingled and...

Although our room was nice, the B&B was not what I expected. There was a fantastic view from our small private deck. The location was convenient and very quiet. The room was accessed from an exterior corridor not from within the home, thus loosing the true B&B feel. In addition, there was no common sitting area outside of your room...

We spent a great few days during which we were taken by Joey, the manager of the B&B on a really fun ATV adventure. The B&B itself is very comfortable and clean, but by far the best part is devouring the sourdough waffles that Joey makes from scratch every morning. Stay here for these alone!

We stayed one night here after a day in Bryce Canyon park. A warm greeting, a sunny porch overlooking the countryside below the rim, a comfortable bed in a perfectly quite room, and a very good breakfast. What more could we ask for? The owner was helpful with information. At least three restaurants are within walking distance or a short...

This b&b is in a beautiful setting near to Bryce Canyon. Our upper floor room had a cute little balcony with a great view. The room was a good size and well furnished. The owners were friendly and the surrounding area is also very nice. A couple of things that would improve a stay here in my opinion would be...

PROS: Very lovely place and surroundings. Breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. CONS: Very noisy when someone took a shower or walking on the upper floor. The toilet flush handle was not working properly and my husband had to manually adjust it more than 10 times! No closet to hang clothes nor adequate space to put toiletries...

My sister Karen has stayed here before and she gave us a night's stay for our anniversary as we were hiking in the morning. The room was lovely, the bed very comfy. The bathroom was clean and bright and full of towels. The cute balcony was a nice spot to sit as the sun set over the red hills. We...

Flew into Vegas and went straight to Bryce for a few hours before we checked in. Got to see the sunset at Bryce. We were late checking in but there was a key ready and waiting for us. Checking in late was convenient. This isn't a B&B where everyone has their own room in a large house. It was more...

This is the fourth year we have stayed here. This B & B serves scrumptious breakfasts. It is 7 miles from the entry to Bryce Canyon and even closer if you want to hike over the cliffs right into Bryce. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful with trails and more.

Nice place to stay. Breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were friendly. Room had a balcony. The only thing I caution people about is that there is not much to do in Tropic especially if it rains and you can't get to Bryce Canyon National Park. That was not the hosts fault as they did suggest a couple of local...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast is Located in the heart of Bryce Canyon. Tropic Utah, to be exact. We are NOT located on the main Highway (Bywy 12) instead, we are west of the main Highway 4 Blocks with a spectacular view of Bryce right from every room and balcony including the beautiful front porch. Waking up every morning to watch the sun light up the pink hills and kiss the beautiful gardens on the property is both breathtaking and refreshing. We are in a quiet part of town with very minimal traffic and light pollution so stargazing from the front lawn is easy and enjoyable. Our Rooms are newly remolded, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very rewarding. With our signature homemade sour dough waffles and berry syrup every morning to go along with the main dish and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and orange juice are always served and refreshing. With a warm home feel to this quante little place you will be sure to enjoy your stay. ... more   less
