We stayed at this motel the weekend of Augustine 20th. We were unmercifully eaten by bed bugs. My girlfriend suffered the onslaught worse than I did. Upon arriving at home and consulting a doctor about the hive like bites, my girlfriend sent a registered letter to the motel owners. To this date we have had exactly zero communication from them.... The cabins at Pine crest are well made, but the screen door on ours didn't fit. Bugs got in, so we had to keep it closed, which was uncomfortable in the middle of the summer. The location is beautiful, and the prices are very good. There are tables outside to eat, its the cabins are very small. The wifi didn't... More

our cabin was nice and clean. nice quiet place: pool, river, fire pit, bbq, free wi-fi. The sofa was not that confortable but most of the time we were outside so didn't bother. Probably we'll go back in the futur..

Not sure what to think about this place! Cabin itself appeared to be clean, but with closer inspection after I paid for a 3 night stay discovered that the ceiling over the shower was plastic and mouse dropping lay within! Pillows don't have coverings neither did the mattress, which was dated and hard as a rock! No air conditioning, screen... More

Pine Crest is rustic, quaint and quirky. It is in a lovely setting, by a river. We stayed in one of the cabins, while other family members stayed either in the cabins or the motel. We enjoyed barbecues and drinks outside, with the cabins providing fairly comfortable, if not four star accommodation. There is swimming pool as well as the... More

We had a great stay at the Pine Crest resort. It is a clean, inexpensive and peaceful little resort that overlooks a beautiful stream for fishing or wading. The owner is very friendly and accommodating to whatever you may need. Very refreshing to be away from the city for a bit!

Back in 2010 my family was doing a North East trip for 3 weeks, We were traveling all over to see anything and everything. It was getting dark out and the rain was coming in, We are so used to name brand hotels, but in this area no name brands, so we called and spoke to the manager on duty,... More

In the middle of nowhere, there is this clean, comfortable and price worthy motel. We had a cabin, which was perfectly for us to stay in. We only stayed the night, but I can imagine that you could manage it to stay a whole vacation there. Friendly people, perfect service! Thank you!

We stayed here because of its proximity to I-91. We chose it based on cost and also the positive reviews we had read. We loved the location. Being next to the water was a lovely treat as we could hear the waterfall all night. The cottage was very quaint which we really liked. It had the illusion of privacy although... More
