Our stay at The Brandon Inn was a real treat. The room was beautiful; the bed was extremely comfortable; the breakfast, which is included in the room rate, was sumptuous. Overall, the experience was perfect, and the Innkeeper, Louis Pattis, is a charming and engaging man who takes great pride in the historic building and the experience of his guests.

The Brandon Inn is in the middle of a perfect Vermont town. Always an Inn since Colonial Times, it is filled with reminders of each of its decades from the furnishings, the Tavern, the Dining Room. The rooms are spacious with light coming form tall windows. Yet you have a feeling of being in a space with connections to the...

An historic country inn from 1786, on the Nat'l Register of Historic Places & one of the oldest, continuously operating hospitality businesses in VT. Each room is different, there is wi-fi but only TV in 3 different public spaces which poses a problem depending on who wants to watch what. Dinners were prepared to order and excellent, expressing the owner/chef's...

Thanks for your review. We have deliberately chosen not to have T.V.'s in the rooms which occasionally is an issue for a large group. We keep the groups busy with 3 or 4 course dinners and evening entertainments. Our internet is reliable and quick for more and more guests relying on this. Each of our rooms at the Inn is...

Before anything else let me say that the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly plus the breakfast is great. The breakfast is what kept this from being a one star review. Sadly thats about the end of the good things I can say about the experience. The problems started well before we actually checked in. We where coming into town...

Our stay at the inn was comfortable. The inn itself, as well as our rooms, was immaculately clean and charming – very pleasant. We enjoyed the large fireplace in the lobby flanked by soft comfortable furniture. The breakfasts were great and the service friendly. But what really took the prize was the effort that the inn’s staff went to locate...

We are very pleased you enjoyed your visit to the Brandon Inn. We think the "Inn Experience" should be all about a great breakfast and a welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Of course a comfortable and clean room goes without saying so we are glad this met your expectations and hope you will visit again.

I booked three nights here mid-October 2015. My choice was based on the age of the place, said to be from 1786. Old places kind of turn me on. Not my wife, however, as she was turned off as soon as we entered the place. She said it smelled of bug spray. As my nose doesn't work I couldn't tell....

I just spent two delightful days and nights at the Brandon Inn in Brandon, Vermont. It is an historic inn where each room is decorated individually and beautifully with period furniture and colonial wallpapers. Each of the rooms has a private bath. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious, cooked on premises by the Chef. The owner, Sarah, welcomed us...

Really great place to stay. We stayed here while on a Road Scholar trip and my wife said staying here was a highlight of the whole Road Scholar trip. Staff was more than accommodating. The Brandon Independence Day parade is the biggest, and we like to think the best in the state! And it happens right outside our doors. We do try to be always available to take guests up or down in our recently refurbished Otis elevator, but are sometimes called away to attend to other guests. Hope you come again next year!
