Thank you Maggie for sharing your beautiful cottage. I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in Burlington, VT. The view is captivating, the stocked fridge with Vermont goodies, the farm to table restaurants, and the hospitality of the bed and breakfast has created such bliss for our weekend. Vermont state of mind is truly a wonderful experience.

Thank you for your appreciation of not only my offerings but those you experience with pleasure, in our fair city and state. May happy trails continue in your journey.

I think hcarter7 (review below) described it pretty well, though I wasn't concerned with the neighborhood This inn is ok, and a little quirky, which can be fine, but not for $230/night (though Burlington is a pretty expensive town). Maggie was not very enthused about our arrival (but very friendly when we were leaving). We stayed upstairs in the 'suite'....

As I state on the homepage of the website of my homestay b+b, “One Of A Kind offers a creative alternative for the independent traveler.” As guests and I come and go in the course of our days, our paths may not cross. Should questions arise, however, I am always available through text and phone. Because we may not meet...

Just back from a fabulous stay. We rented the suite, cottage and another room in the house so we were lucky to have the privacy and space we needed for a family of four. All areas are clean, comfortable and have lovely art and vintage bits and pieces adding charm to this fabulous bed and breakfast. The owner Maggie was...

What a pleasure, for me, to share my favorites with you. Inspiration worked both ways...I signed up for knitting classes at Nido! Thank you for finding my tiny spot in the wide world.

Welcoming, comfortable, accommodating - with the incredible garden and view and artful interior I can't think of staying anywhere else. Comfortable beds, linens, and great yummy food for breakfast. Maggie was a wonderful hostess and made sure we were comfortable. The food she provides is all stocked so you can have breakfast, coffee, snack whenever you want it. Our son...

Thank you for putting the services and decor I provide to use! And for experiencing the walkable/bikeable ( I made up that word!) access of my location to explore our fair city.

The view from the back of the house and the gardens are lovely. The guest cottage is quaint and charming and clean. However, the room in the house is dark, cramped, dreary and configured oddly with a makeshift folding door for privacy. The neighborhood is less than desirable with the houses sitting tightly next door to each other.

The closeness of the houses parallels the closeness of the neighbors: we are a tightly knit community that keep each other safe. As for feeling cramped: You had rented the entire upstairs of my homestay B+B which included two bedrooms one of which you did not use. The square footage of the suite, alone without the extra bedroom, is twice...

Miss marble is the cat of the house, a lovely cat. The view is stunning. Really. Never seen anything like it in a B&B. The owner (Maggie) is sweet and helped us with some tips. Its an ecological friendly place, the food is ecofriendly. Its about 5 min drive from the waterfront. No TV on the room, which we never...

excellent for a solo traveler who likes to be left alone and enjoy the view, the garden and the amazing city. Self-serve breakfast meant we could eat when we wanted, not over eat and the kitchenette meant we could even cook a little.Owner was available and friendly but it felt like we had our own mini house. My partner arrived...

We stayed in the cottage for one night, and loved the peace and quiet, and of course the gorgeous setting. It's an easy walk into town, but it's tempting to stay right there in the chairs out in the back garden overlooking the lake. It's remarkable how carefully and well the owners have utilized the space to fit in everything...

We just spent 4 days at the One of a Kind B&B and loved every moment. There are two options for accommodations - upstairs in the house there is a suite (bedroom, sitting room, & bathroom or the small cottage out in the backyard. The backyard is beautiful! Not only does it back up to Lake Champlain but the gardens...
