Hiring and keeping quality staff is everything. It's how lasting impressions are made. It also helps to have a beautiful, classic, Victorian, New England inn. Beautiful rooms, good price, excellent breakfast. Top drawer.

We enjoyed our first stay at Lang House and look forward to another visit. This well maintained, extremely clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated B & B, is located within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops on Church Street. We especially appreciated the warm welcome by Brendon who checked us in, made us feel at home, answered all of...

My husband and I spent three nights and two days in Burlington. The Lang House was a gem. We stayed in the McClurkin room on the second floor of the carriage house- it was perfect! The bed was comfortable and there was also plenty of room for us to hang out and watch tv or read. My husband did some...

I was traveling for business and spent two days at the Lang House as hotels just don't always do it for me. I was not disappointed. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. Whether it was making sure I had what I needed for breakfast or helping me navigate my way around the area, I felt very welcome and taken...

We visit the area frequently as we have family in the area, and have sampled many properties over the years. We were only recently acquainted with Lang House, and will look no further. Our room was impeccable, comfortable, the energy of the staff is welcoming and energetic. We enjoyed cookies at night's end, a bountiful breakfast in the morning, and...

Location, location, location. This charming Victorian B&B is perfectly situated in downtown Burlington within walking distance to many local attractions and restaurants and Univ. of VT. We stayed in the Reed room downstairs near the hospitality desk and it was quiet as a whisper. Our room had a ginormous bed that was amazingly comfortable. The room itself was sunny and...

Kim and team were friendly and gracious. We were in town for a show. Location was convenient both to downtown and the colleges. Rooms very clean and staff helpful, experience smooth and easy. The historic interior had a lot of character, dining room elegant. Breakfast was creative and yummy, nice format and relaxed pace. A great trip! Thanks guys.

After driving in a snow storm and arriving 24 hours late for my reservation Kim (the proprietor) was kind enough to honor it. How very charming it is. We were greeted by a very warm "you're home now." Daniella at the front was awesome. Kind smile. We ordered a delicious bottle of wine and a fabulous cheese tray. Our room...

Lang House is perfect for a little getaway. My husband and I spent the weekend in Burlington and the B&B was in just the right location to enjoy the town. At the same time, it was a very tranquil place to relax. Our room (McClurkin) was very cozy and private. We felt right at home. We were able to to...

My fiancé and I stayed in the back building which stands alone with only two rooms in the building. We decided on the McClurkin Room, and we were delighted with this place from the get go! The first night we arrived, the main building smelled of freshly baked elegantly crafted cookies. We indulged on a few, then brought some to...
