The Pointe is a beautiful resort, friendly staff, looking forward to coming back. The suites were roomy and clean. Everything we needed was provided in suite. Jeanine at the front desk was very helpful

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

It is apparent when visiting the hotel that the entire staff takes pride in the property. The lobby area provides a large gathering area with a roaring fireplace along with complimentary coffee/tea. Rooms are nicelt appointed with immaculate conditions. We booked a king size studio complete with fireplace and full kitchen. The generous size of the space was very surprising....

The pictures make it look a lot nicer then it is. When we arrived it was dated and worn throughout the hotel. The rooms are basic at best and the beds are very bouncy and uncomfortable. Our first room was dirty upon arrival with hair throughout the bedding. The second room we were given was dirty as well but the...

Friendly (but slow) staff. About as mainstream as it gets. Room was clean. Indoor pool is very small as is hot tub. Lots of deferred maintenance- stained ceilings, moldy areas etc. Kind of shabby but OK - like most middle of the road resort town hotels. Kids enjoyed the modest game room. Nice fire in the lobby. I would come...

What more could you ask for? Friendly, efficient staff; large, clean rooms; convenient to skiing; reasonable rates (especially midweek ski/stay pkg) - they're all there. However, it toasted me (pun intended) that the breakfast was so lame. First of all, they charge extra and then give you a $5.00 credit/pp if you choose to eat there. For the "full" breakfast...

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times and we keep coming back because we're never disappointed. Very nice rooms for a reasonable rate and a fireplace in the lobby as well as a pool and game room. The staff are always attentive and helpful and beds very comfortable.

We had a great time here, Friendly staff and very nice lobby with fireplace, pool, and game room. It is well kept and a solid alternative from a chain stay. ONLY gripe is the doors make a loud closing noise and there was foot traffic until 1:30 AM on a Saturday night which kept waking us up. It would be...

Comfortable room, but fairly standard with a view to the parking lot. Location convenient to Okemo, about 4 miles. Also quiet. The price is good, much better than slope accommodations. The hot tub is a real plus after a day on the slopes, and staff very responsive and friendly. Breakfast on the second floor with a nice view of the...

The price was good for the area, but the place is rather disappointing. Kind of dated and in need of sprucing up. The shuttle to the mountain was great, but after a long day of skiing the route to get back passed The Pointe twice before finally dropping us off.
