Bought a Groupon for my daughter and her fiancé, young couple, they just went this past weekend. My daughter loves old homes, she loved the decor of the building, bathroom was dirty and neglected, tiles were falling off the wall. We bought them a gift certificate for the 3

In winter, I like to be outdoors. My sisters, not so much. So we decided on a spa weekend. This place was the perfect compromise. We stayed at The Pointe, which is down the hill from the spa. Lovely and clean, they had super staff who could not be more helpful and I will

I was sure that I booked a room with a bathtub, but was checked in to a room with a shower. I dialed “0” for front desk immediately to ask if we could upgrade for an extra pay to which I got a quick response that there was nothing available. Next morning, we came down for

You have to stay in the older castle, not the new condos. It is an old stone castle. The rooms are huge, some have Jacuzzi tubs, some large showers. We have stayed here three times and plan on going back. It is private, there is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub all year round.

My husband and I were looking forward to a weekend away at Castle Hill. We booked using credit card points. Initially we thought we would be able to stay 3 nights, but as luck would have it he had to work Monday. We called to change our reservation to two nights, and despite it

Firstly, avoid the Crowley Cheese Factory...there's nothing there. There is so many litttle shops to see. I HIGHLY recommend the Vermont Country Store in Manchester. It's huge. Take a picutre at the covered bridge. It's touristy and lots of silly things to buy, from candy to whoopie cushions to toys from our youth. Look for The Green Mountain Sugar House and get some Maple Creeme...yes it's like maple ice cream. If you like a treat, check out the spa at Castle Hill, it's amazing. I recommend the couples massage and maybe a pedicure. Do not miss breakfast at Vermont Apple Pie and Breakfast. It's very unique. The second floor of a home converted into a breakfast place....the menu is amazing and the food is delicious. Save room for pie. Enjoy your trip. We had no plans and found lots of great places.

The outdoor pool and hot tub are open all year. The pool temp is about 85 degrees and the hot tub is about 104 degrees. Both the Spa walkway and the pool deck is heated in the winter to keep them free of snow. The Suites at the Pointe hotel (675 square feet with a gas fireplace and full kitchen) offer more comfortable experience than the hotel suites at the condos (300 square feet and no kitchen). Please do not confuse the condo hotel suites with the full 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos that are 1100,1400 and 2400 square feet receptively. Those are beautiful accommodation and are among the nicest you will find at anywhere. Please call us to get more information. 802-226-7361. Kind Regards, Andy

Greetings from Vermont. Children are welcome at both the indoor and the outdoor pool and hot tub. Typically guests who stay at the Pointe Hotel & Suites have access to the indoor facilities located at the hotel. Guests who stay at the mansion or the Castle Condominiums have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool and hot tub is not able to handle the number of guests from the Pointe Hotel. The Pointe's facilities can handle a larger number of people. This helps ensure the guest experience is more enjoyable for all. Please call the resort at 802-226-7361 and we can help you with more information. Kind Regards, Andy Smith General Manager
