Amazing job by this hotel staff to accommodate a wedding party without a hitch. If anything went awry it was unnoticed . The management is ALWAYS present to assure there were no hitches. We enjoyed watching them quietly handle "any emergency". The facilities are beautiful and their attention to detail and every guest is extraordinary! If you choose to stay...

A great stay - my wife & I visited the Dorset Inn on our 25th Anniversary trip. We were in search of a nice relaxing place in the NE and we found it. We selected a room with a fireplace, which made it ever-more cozy. The staff at the Inn was gracious and welcoming - they showed us around the...

In between Christmas and New Year's Eve, we decided to go to the Manchester, Vermont area for a two nighter. We booked at Dorset Inn (ca. 6 miles away from Manchester) and could not imagine a more perfect stay. From the greeting at check in to our room, to breakfast the next day to dinner, it was simply splendid. The...

We go to Dorset Inn for an annual Holiday dinner with friends. This year was, again, just perfect. The dining room is warm (I hate being cold while eating out) and lovely. I had a venison and pasta dish that was outstanding; perfectly cooked pasta, and a tomato sauce like my mother's. So, so good. The house salad was several...

So happy that you enjoyed your latest visit with us! There truly is nothing better (we think) than being able to enjoy the cool New England nights with a nice fire during dinner! Also thank you for your kind words about the culinary staff, the food and the service. We hope to see you before next year!!

Stayed over thanksgiving weekend. when we first arrived, we had a small issue with our room and the innkeeper Dana immediately looked into it and upgraded us to a suite which was available. That night, we then had an issue with the gas fire place and created a huge inconvenience as we were unable to go to sleep for a...
