We checked in just as the restaurant closed for the night. We requested "something, anything please to eat". Nothing was possible we were told. We went on to the guest room and found it to be not well appointed, with bathroom repairs not in order. The television was in an adjoining room with very uncomfortable furniture. We live near the Inn at West View Farm and have been enjoying dinners there since 2001 when we bought a home in Vermont. The dinners are always wonderful. We traveled to Vermont for a restful weekend.We were not disappointed. The inn is quiet, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Krystal the inn keeper is quiet and reserved. As it initially was quite warm in our room & we had to wait until the window air conditioner was turned on, we decided to open the other window. Well, that window had been painted shut. The room also didn't have a box of tissues. The Inn's website states there is "Complimentary High-speed Internet Access (WIFI)." Well, we were unable...

Locals should be flocking to this restaurant!! (out of towners too ). Best food, fresh and so tasty ! We have been there twice within the last 8 months and both experiences were fabulous! But I can't understand why the place was not bursting at the seams with people. Well, less people mean we can always reserve a table !...

This is a very nice Inn close to the Dorset Green. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate our early check in and gave us great suggestions on places to go in the area. Inn is quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The Inn is in a very nice location- a short drive from Manchester Center, and near the Dorset Green. The Inn is typical of what you find in VT. Christal was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was fine- nice, comfortable and perfect for what we need- a place to crash each night. The breakfasts were excellent....

This place is more often reviewed for its food and less so for its hospitality and rooms. Since we were immediately informed on entering that there was no dinner, we can comment on the Inn. The owner was haughty and marginally friendly. The room was adequate but devoid of any amenities other than soap. There was no tea service or...

Comfortable, country inn with clean and cosy guestrooms. Best nights sleep in their beds. Lovely setting. Outstanding food, chef is top-notch. Attention to detail. Asian/French ....... inspired menu. Friendly and helpful staff.
