The place has a lot of character and so does its host Carol. Surroundings are lovely, serene and quiet, perfect for exploring the area around Lake Champlain. The Alburg Dunes State Park and its beautiful beach are minutes away. The two available rooms are large and comfortably accommodated our family of 5. We decided to stay in the downstairs room,...

Such a charming place, plenty of room to unpack and get comfy. Carol treated us like family, making sure we had everything we needed. Love the garden! Yummy breakfasts! Wish I had time to stay and read even a small portion of the books, especially local history. Close to the lake, a/c when needed, fresh air and beautiful surroundings. We...

What a beautiful getaway! Its very close to the shore of Lake Champlain, and what a unique and cool way to travel the Lake Champlain islands. The building is a renovated school house and couldn't be more fun! Will look forward to another trip here!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Carol's B&B. We stayed in the upstairs classroom which was a huge room with toys and space to satisfy both our 4 year old and 13 year old (no easy trick). Because of the ample space we were also able to invite a niece to stay for a few nights as there...

Quiet mornings with coffee and breakfast in the sunshine out back listening to the birds...sitting together in a circle of chairs under...

A bunch of friends and I got together for a mini-Tapping-retreat at Carol's place on a weekend. I loved the comfy feel of her place and the warm welcome she gave us. We felt at home right away. The rooms are so pretty and cozy. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Everything was very clean. We...
