A great place to take a family that enjoys skiing and waterparks. There was fresh powder the week of our arrival and it did not disappoint. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen which was great for cooking up family meals and having quick snacks to warm up and go back on the slopes.

Let me start out by saying this place is amazing. All the hype about conditions is spot on. If anyone has snow, it's Jay. And that's what you look for in a ski resort...the best snow. If your looking to spend a weekend at a resort with most of your time in the lodge, this place isn't for you. Everything...

We stayed in the Timberline cottages, specifically a 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse condo. The condo was very spacious and looked relatively new. Our first disappointment was when we arrived to our condo - it was not "ski in/ski out" like we were told. Not a big deal b/c there were resort shuttles to take you anywhere, so we didn't complain...

Thanks for the review Skimom-General manager speaking and I can verify I never received a note-though you could have been tossed around our voicemail system-happy to talk this through here. Apologies for lack of timely towel refresh-that's on us for sure. None of our Timberline Cottages are ski in and ski out and we mention that on confirmation letters and...

Not my first trip to Jay and I've never been disappointed. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel (TramHouse) is clean and well appointed. For those with a penchant for other amusement, there is an Indoor Water Park to keep you amused. Basic food here and nothing too fancy but well served and tasty. Our room also had...

We had a family vacation at Jay Peak resort from January 1st to 5th. The trails and conditions are top quality and the skiing experience is just out of this world. You never had to wait for the chairlifts which makes it even better. You can find hills for all levels and something that will please all ages. We staid...

Great family vacation. Water park nice after long day of skiing. Ski school top notch. Kids get better so fast! We have been several times. Never disappointed. Skiing for all levels. Nice accommodations.

If you are looking for the best terrain and best conditions to ski/board in the east look no other place. I have been here multiple times and would recommend to anyone all around the country. I have been skiing at multiple places around the world and Jay remains as one of my favorite resorts.

We were there as part of a group for a hockey tournament and to enjoy the Waterpark. The facilities were excellent, especially the Waterpark. Food at the Foundry Pub is excellent. Not the usual craziness from the kids at hockey tournaments - the kids are too worn down from the skiing and waterpark to run around much. Staff was attentive...

We had a good time and the Timberline cottages are lovely and very comfortable. A bit expensive per night during the ski season though. The fact that you can pay in Canadian money at some places is appreciated for Canadians.

Stateside hotel is fantastic, affordable, ski in ski out with access to a hot tub. I'm not sure what else I could have needed. Best snow conditions and terrain on the east coast, hands down. Little to no lift lines or crowds anywhere. Good food, very nice people, and an absolutely beautiful location. Great place, will return!
