My family had a great time at the Pump House Waterpark. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the facilities; we had a junior suite overlooking the waterpark which was very large. Would definitely recommend to other families who are looking for a fun, yet relaxed setting.

Perfect vacation for ski trip with family and friends. We went tho the Tram Haus Lodge in the 3 bedrooms unit and it was fantastic. It was our 4 times ski trip at Jay Peak and we will return for sure.

Mountain was great for snowboarding. Traveled without children and felt the Water park was overcrowded. Adult only area would have been nice. There were so many people and no place to sit. Resort is definitely for a family vacation.

Thanks Twiz. Appreciate the four stars. When you come during a family vacation week, odds are goodish you'll find a full park for sure--especially when it's 20 below out. Hopefully we see you again-possibly during one of our more adultish periods. Thanks again Steve Wright Jay Peak

Best Conditions, Terrain, lodging and fun! Highly recommend Jay Peak to everyone! We stayed with a group of 10 in a ski in ski out condo the only problem with our trip was if wasn't long enough! Best ski and stay value on the east coast!

I stayed at the Jay Peak Sunnyside hotel at the last minute for a business trip. I checked in late and left before the sun came up so I did not get to experience the whole property. The check in guy was not the friendliest and he seemed very unhappy and not having a good time whatsoever which isn't good...

Thanks for the review and one of the odder titles we've had the good fortune to stumble upon. Plus, we weren't even 100% sure folks took business trips here so you may have opened a market for our intrepid sales team. If by 'Sunnyside Hotel' you mean something completely different (we don't have one of those), we apologize for the...

Very scenic place to visit. Many things to do for the non-skiier as well. Water park was a lot of fun. Glad to have had heated water in the winter time . Restaurants are not the best and not too much variety . A lot of fast food , american style.

thanks Justintime, we appreciate the 4 stars. If by American style fast food, you're referring to the northern Italian fare at the Clubhouse Grille, we're stumped. Mountain Dick's pizza maybe, Howies Diner, unlikely and Alice's Table, with its steaks, chops and even Goat, highly unlikely. Still, we're glad you found a lot to do and hope you make it back...

The Water-park is great. The Suites are tidy and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The mountain was a bit icy on Friday and Saturday but Sunday the gods gave us 8 inches of fresh powder. So it was worth the wait! Overall, very happy we went and we will be back!

The Jay Peak "Cloud" worked it's magic again! While most of NE never had much of a winter in 2016 and certainly never got to ski in the woods... my family and I scored powder days in the Jay Glades for 2 days straight at the end of February! The resort was 100% open! The Condo was perfect except that...

This is the place to go if you want to do serious snowboarding or skiing on the East Coast. My review is primarily related to Snow conditions and Jay almost always has more snow than anyone else on the east coast. The Hotels, indoor water park, great food and friendly staff are all a bonus! We'll be back for sure....
