Outrageous snow fall the night before. I realized on this trip how well the mountain is deigned. It is very easy to get around such a large mountain. The boys and I literally almost cried when it was time to go home, the wife said,"Get...More

Your wife's lack of empathy concerns me. I can call her if you'd like. Thanks for the great review Tristan--across snow events like the one we just had, there are lots of tears when it's time to leave so no worries--we'll just catch you again...More
Highly recommend. I stayed in a 1 bedroom. The room was large, spacious, and clean. We had a full kitchen and opted to cook ourselves-which was really nice. Access to the mountain could not have been easier. Would definitely return.

The place is not as busy in the summer as the winter, and that is just fine. Gondola ride or hike to the rugged treeless summit for a 360 degree view of Canada and northern Vermont. Vermont’s “Long Trail” goes over the top as well, and miles in either direction. Or use the awesome waterpark, or the golf course where you’ll lose track of your ball watching the views. Also, an ice rink, arcade, and now a recreation center with movie theater, climbing wall and more. Three nice restaurants on site, with more nearby.
