We had a great stay. The Hot Tub / Pool is fantastic!!! Staff is very helpful. Very close to the ski resort and love the proximity to all restaurants and retail shops on the access road. We loved having a kitchen in our room and TVs in both rooms!

I actually like the North Star when I travel to Killington.. it is quiet and pleasant. Staff is very accommodating and they keep the place clean. I love the super warm outdoor pool after a day on the slopes. So what that the furnishings are dated; comfort is what counts.

I stayed for a week of skiing (3rd week of March) and was not disappointed. So here we go. Positives; • Check in was easy, gave my name and they gave me the key. • Distance to the mountain was maybe 3 mi. • Plenty of on-site parking • Nice layout of room. Flat panel tv’s, cooktop stove, full size...

We stayed at the North Star Lodge over the March break. One of the main things going for North Star is its ideal location situated about 5-7 minutes from the K1 ski base. We booked this through RCI and received a two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation facing the ski hill on the 2nd floor. The unit looked like it did...

Spent two nights on floor 1 - ground level. Only way to cool the hot room was to open an outside door. The sliding window wouldn't move nor truly lock. Adequate 2 dbl room but isn't $175 a bit much for that? Even in a ski area? Am I old fashioned? (No bkfst btw)

My wife and I spent a week in February at the North Star resort in Killington through a timeshare exchange. It was our second time staying at this resort. Our one bedroom unit was attractively laid out and reasonably modern. There's a full kitchen less a stove, a large kitchen island with built in electric burners, a moderately sized living...

Location of the hotel is very convenient to Killington mountain and there is a lot of good restaurants around it (The Garlic and Birch Ridge Inn restaurants for dinner; Back Country Cafe for breakfast). The unit was plain but clean except for some dirt under the pull out couch. The room was not sound proof at all. Heard every conversation...

Would not recommend. Mattress should be thrown out. No chair or table in room. Very noisy hallway action into the wee hours. Doubles not queens so not good for 2 in one bed. I have stayed in upgraded rooms here so if you must stay here insist on one of those.

My husband and I stayed here late November. Our plan was to do lots of hiking, however it snowed during the week we stayed here so we spend a lot more time at the lodge then expected (but it was okay because we had lots of local beer and chocolate). At first glance, the lodge is located at a nice...
