My fiancé and I stayed for two nights for my birthday this past weekend. The outside appearance was promising but as we entered the lobby to check in, there was a sad vibe to the whole place - as if this must have been a hopping place 10-15 years ago. Either that, or a new owner has taken over and...

Staff was very friendly, very helpful. Was sad the indoor pool was being cleaned, and outdoor pool was not open. Was only able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub which was indeed very wonderful. Room was a bit dark, could have used a few overhead lights. Breakfast was amazing. Such a beautiful area to sit and have coffee. I loved...

Great location, extremely friendly staff, upgraded us to a balcony room. Standing on the balcony you could see Killington Mountain. Enjoyed the bar and common area, there was real fireplace and board games. Beautiful large outdoor hot tub.

I had my bridal shower at the lodge back in August. The upstairs dining room was a perfect location for my 25 guests. The staff was very helpful and made amazing finger foods. It was a high tea themed party and everything was on point. The finger sandwiches were some of the best I've ever had! There was a really...

Quite disappointed, outdated rooms, staff rude, woman (Hillary I believe is her name) quite unproffessional talking rather inappropiately in hearing distance of guests, all though the kitchen staff I must say were quite couteous. Don't recommend this place especially for the money you pay.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating but the rooms and hotel needed updating. The wood paneling in the lobby made it look dreary. The staff had both lobby and second floor fireplaces going which were lovely. There is a huge hot tub outside that is the size of a small pool. The water looked a little green but the staff...

We have a great time here! The rooms were much more spacious than appear on web site. Common areas are so much fun! Couches fireplaces, hot tub, room to move around. Wide mix of very nice friendly people staying there, families, international guests, well behaved students groups etc Small bar, bartender was great, pizza wasn't so great but my standards...

After spend 30+ days in many hotels during 2016-17 ski season, this will turn out to be my first negative review. I remember years ago I stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was ok. Nothing surprisingly good but nothing went wrong. However, this time I was surprised to see the hotel room which had deteriorated so much through...

The hotel looks great from the outside as you drive up. When you get inside things start to go wrong. Room was nice enough at the beginning but we ended up having a great deal of problems. Springtime warm days, cold nights, room never went below 75o F that night and no AC to cool it down. 3 casement type...

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit. We apologize for the difficulties that you encountered during your stay. We love this hotel for its location, free breakfast and huge outdoor hot tub. The free pool table, huge connect 4 game, and jumbo Jenga are also big hits with the kids. The hotel also has a movie theatre with a popcorn machine and plays two movies on weekend nights. The food in the bar is solid and the specials...
