No matter what the weather (fog, snow, rain, sleet or sun... We had it all this weekend!) The accommodations are always clean, the staff always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere homey and inviting. Well worth the drive, well worth the price. Thank you!

It's not the newest or most modern, it's modest. But, it's the best! It's the staff that makes the Inn at Long Trail and McGrath's Irish Pub outstanding. The owner Murray and staff make you feel like your old friends!

We booked 2 rooms so we could eat Irish food and drink beer at the pub and then not have to drive after supper. The food was excellent at supper and the free breakfast the next morning was very generous and tasty. However, the rooms were small, spartan and shabby. We can live without TV and phone, but the rooms... More

Usually visit Killington about once/year to golf, have stayed at most of the hotels up and down the access road..but always come back here. We usually stay in one of the fireplace suites, has 2 rooms, TV, small fridge and a good size bathroom. If you stay in one of the rooms in the Inn, they can be very small,... More

Visiting relatives in Killington, who told us not to miss Friday night at the Inn. Were they right.Food was more pub grub, but well done and goes well with the beer - many, many choices of that. The staff is customer-oriented and quite friendly. Everyone there seemed to know each other. Made the atmosphere a lot better. It's an Irish... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inn at Long Trail for 1 night. Upon arrival, we thought the place looked OK and and appeared to be busy with clientele. It's location is picturesque, standing at the base of a small rock face in the heart of the Green Mountains. The desk attendant was friendly and gave us our room... More

I live in Vermont and have passed by the Inn at Long Trail numerous times, but never had the pleasure of staying there until recently, for my friend's wedding. My stay was great, and the Inn at Long Trail did not disappoint! Clean, hospitable, and very friendly! Breakfast in the morning is amazing. What a great experience! Even though I... More

We stay here when ever we are through hiking on the long trail. This place is very hiker friendly. Everyone is accommodating, the breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend this place, it's quiet and a lot of the guests in the summer are hiking so there's lots of stories to share.
