You could sleep 2 comfortably in the king bed and the third adult would have to sleep on the sofa, as long as they don't mind sleeping on a regular sofa that would work, but the sofa does not convert to a regular bed.

Due to insurance reasons and concern for children’s safety, Palmer House does not allow children less than 12 years of age to stay there. This is because of three bodies of water on the premises in which a young child could get hurt. Although there are two suites with two queen beds, yet there are numerous rooms with two double beds.
