Accommodation was really good - for people who were exhausted. The room was huge, off in an annex. We arrived in the late dark and left early. This would have got a five star rating for the price if only the front desk had been less supercilious.

Dirty, filthy dirty. Over rated. Charges additional booking if you do it online, however $20.00 less if you book direct. Will post pictures soon. Rate a zero star. Old is always acceptable, neglect is not. Easy fixes lacking. DO NOT STAY HERE. Please drive by Recommend the Aspen, older clean and hospitable staff. This place is a different NO NO.

I waited a few days to post this after our stay. The floor in our bathroom had a tile that had came completely off and there was brown gunk in the tub grouting. We also found a bug on top of the fridge first thing in the morning. The bed was comfortable but the room felt like it just hadn't... More

We were looking for an inexpensive stay in Manchester so that we could do some day hiking. The Chalet was the right choice and suited our needs perfectly. I would have given them 5 stars but really feel like some renovation needs to happen before I could do that. Bed was very comfortable, room was a nice size for the... More

This was my third stay. I am rating this 4 stars because I really like this motel primarily because of its location (away from downtown Manchester) and being right across the road from a couple of very good restaurants. It also has a pool which was very welcome after a hot day's ride. The rooms are large, comfortably appointed and... More

I have stayed at the Chalet on three separate occasions (always in the main office building) and have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean and reasonable and the outdoor pool is also quite nice. Showers were hot, bed was large and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to other travelers.

My friend and I stayed at the Chalet Motel this past weekend for our annual Manchester hiking and shopping trip. This is a very convenient location: about half a mile from Route 7 and about 2 miles from Northshire Bookstore. Quite a few restaurants within about half a mile of the motel, but we really enjoyed and kept going back... More

Great lodgings if you're just looking for a place to sleep and relax after skiing and dining! Also there's a great stake house right across the street with an awesome bar how can you beat that! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the water pressure is fantastic.

If you go to the Chalet Motel knowing what you're looking for, it's the perfect place. These are not luxury accommodations. There was hideous blue wallpaper as an accent to beige faux-wood paneling. All topped off by a nauseating grey-orange carpet. The drapes matched the bedspread. Unfortunately both the drapes and the bedspread were very ugly. BUT! Who cares? I... More

The Chalet Motel is a nice, clean place to stay in Manchester. With the rating of 3 I don't want to leave the impression that it's not a good choice. The room was large and spacious. The reason for the 3 rating is due to the fact that my wife and I stayed in 13 hotels in 19 days and... More
