What a fantastic place! My boyfriend and I booked a room at the Vermont Inn for a last minute getaway and it was the perfect choice. Right off the bat, the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. They are always smiling, happy and helpful so you immediately feel at home. The inn itself is quite old, but they have done...

Thank you again for choosing to stay with us at The Vermont Inn. Michael and I are very happy to hear that we exceeded any expectations you may have had. The next time you visit you must sample the restaurant, you will enjoy it as much as you enjoyed everything else. I hope that you decide to return to visit...

We were the recipient of a gift trip to The Vermont Inn by our four kids for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. As we drove the picturesque Route 4 we saw many inns and I wondered out loud what is the definition of an inn? After staying two nights in the in the White Birches Suite and having breakfast made...

This B&B was just WONDERFUL place to stay! the Innkeepers Emily an Micheal should give a class on how to run a B&B, Every part of the inn is so well kept and the rooms are absolutely top notch. Unlike other inns were they may concentrate more on the guest rooms and not the other common rooms their common rooms...

My husband and I booked this bed and breakfast at the last minute when the weather changed our original plans of hiking. We were so glad that we chose to come here! This was by far the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. Super-clean, cute room...with an updated bathroom. Normally, I am really skeeved out by hotels....but...

We booked the Lilac (Double) room approximately 10 weeks in advance (for a prime peak Fall weekend) for 2 nights for a total price of $374, including a $50 credit to the dining room (which we knew we already liked from a previous visit to the restaurant). I think there are 3 critical basic elements to evaluate all overnight properties...

I spent two nights at the Vermont Inn with my mother and two children. The inn was lovely with an amazing view to the mountains. The place felt very homey, clean and relaxing. The inn takers were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and it seems they serve as a restaurant as well in the evenings. The food was...

I stayed here for a wedding. We stayed in the Monarch room and it was very cozy. The weather in early October was perfect for lighting the gas fireplace in the room and I loved that this room was located in the back corner of the inn so we could have the windows open and not worry about privacy. Everything...

We arrived at the Inn for a wedding and were greeted promptly with hugs for everyone. Every single one of the staff was friendly and personable. The Inn felt like a home away from home, everything from the rooms to the outdoors was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have picked a better place or a better time to visit Vermont. The...

The Vermont Inn was the site for our daughter’s Labor Day weekend wedding. All the wedding guests stayed at the Inn. Every room in the Inn is different, each one charming, comfortable and clean, the suites, elegant. Greeting the arriving guests with dinner on Friday, delicious breakfasts each morning, a spectacular pig roast dinner night before the wedding, a pre-wedding...

We were looking for a place in Mendon and thought the Vermont in would be nice. The pictures are much nicer than reality! We stayed in the "mountain loft". Maybe some of the other rooms were better but the mountain loft was just a sad room. Low ceilings that had water stains, a microscopic bath room and a room door...

I appreciate your kind words, and would like to apologize on behalf of the Vermont Inn family for your disappointment. We truly do hope that every guest leaves after having an enjoyable experience and you obviously did not. We take pride in the fact that each of our guests rooms are unique, some of our rooms are small to fit...
