We stayed at Claybrook for three nights in March. The 1 BR condo was immaculate and perfectly appointed. It had everything that we needed and it was all new. It is convenient to the Lincoln Peaks base area. We had a very good but very expensive dinner at Timbers with good service. The hot tub and gym were clean and...

My wife and I, along with a variety of friends have stayed here since it's opening. We are never disappointed with the accommodations, service, cleanliness and amenities. We will continue to stay here, year after year. We have been skiing Sugarbush since 1982.

Friendly staff, delicious food, premiere service, best location. Would definitely recommend! Condo set-up is ideal for kids when you need to eat in a lot -- and next to ski school so it's easy to get them back and forth.

I love the idea of pulling up to the hotel and everything is taken care of for you. We arrived on a Friday night, it was snowing and we were greeted at the curb with a smiling gentleman who took care of our luggage and showed us to the front desk. Everything was in order there as well. Very pleasant...

My wife and I booked here on a whim a couple weeks ago. We are very frequent travelers, and stay/ski all over the world. Our home turf, however, is Boston, so I think it's probably safe to say we've skied most of the mountains in New England. This was our first trip to Sugarbush, so we booked what we thought...

Hi Tim, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We're sorry you were disappointed with your experience. As we stated in the response to your wife's review, the pool is often covered to preserve energy, but can be opened within a few minutes of asking. We'll be sure to make that more clear next time. We've known many...

We booked Clay Brook after looking at the pictures and reading wonderful reviews, but it couldn't have been more of a let down. The room was expensive and looked out directly onto a parking lot. The staff were unfriendly and the hotel had a very weird feeling, which I could only describe as a lack of character and hospitality. The...

Hi Claire, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're disappointed to hear your stay wasn't what you expected it to be. We are typically known for our staff friendliness and hospitality, so to hear that you didn't experience that it's unfortunate. As for the pool, we keep it covered in the winter to conserve energy, as...

It was little bit too much money. But room was very clean and the stuff was very nice and friendly, even my English was not native. Nice location, if there was the enough snow net the condo we could ski directly from condominium.

Very comfortable and cozy. The room had its own balcony overlooking the mountain. The convenience of having The Timbers restaurant in the same building is a huge plus. This hotel is clean, quiet and very tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly! I would highly recommend Clay Brook for winter or summer in Vt.

Amazing resort and the condos at Clay Brook couldn't be better. I'm originally from the west coast and this was my first east coast skiing trip that I felt was close to what a ski resort should be like. Great vibe, terrific people and a pretty good mountain to boot!

The place is well located. Staff is excellent. The rooms are also well appointed..nice kitchen, gas fireplace, and very large rooms. Very nice balcony..One complaint is that there should be a grab bar for easy in and out of bathroom tubs...on our recent visit the garage was not available for the entire week..very inconvenient, especially when it snowed and we...
