Warning: these little cabins are not for people who expect a Holiday Inn type of room. The old-style screen door in our cabin had a primitive hook and eye lock and no key was provided. Cabins are small and overlook Joe's Pond. The beds are comfortable, showers adequate. The cabin was clean. There's a little TV. Wi-fi worked in our... More

July 18, 2015 several wedding guests were left without rooms; including Mother, Father, Aunt, Uncle and several friends because the owner took reservations and confirmed rooms but then gave them to others, We traveled from Maine and there were NO vacancies anywhere else and we drove home because of this. Beware if you are planning on a stay; you may... More

I found my cottage to be very dated, but clean. I was totally okay with my stay there. Keep in mind that Joe's Pond is across a very busy VT Route 2, and the noise of traffic is near steady. But there are canoes and kayaks to use for free, and you can paddle to the far end of the... More

Owner lied said they were changed. When I told her I marked the sheets she realized she was caught in a lie.... More

My family member lives in Maryland and comes up every year on fathers day weekend with his friend to see my family. It looked like a great place to stay, right next to the water. he registered the cabin he wanted a month before he came up and it was a big sized cabin that he rented, as he got... More

We loved our stay here so much we come back every year. The location is fabulous and the cabin rental covers free boat rentals. They have a pontoon, paddle boats, fishing boats, kayaks. The boats alone are worth the price of the rental. They allow dogs and the cabins are clean and very well kept. Great view and access to... More

My wife and dog and I stayed here when doing a mellow hiking road trip across VT, NH, and Maine. We wanted to stay somewhere near Groton St. Forest and also Lake Willoughby (about 45m away), and sort of stumbled upon Injun Joe's Court as a place where we could be on the water (Joe's Pond) and also bring our...
