Staying at a condo up the road and read reviews about the restaurant. The experience was better than expected. The duck was one of the best preparations and presentations that I have had in years. My wife had the salmon which was also excellent. The service was great, and we will definitely return.

We stopped in for an evening meal mid week. The place was everything you might expect from an old inn. The food was great as well as the service. Very friendly staff. We did not spend the night as we were in a time share just up the road.

We love this place, and hope to go back some day! Phil and Kathy make you feel like you're part of the family, The room was so attractive and clean! Phil made us a great breakfast and gave us lots of information about the area. The living room is in the original part of the inn which has been an...

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights while doing the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge at the end of August. I emailed prior to booking and asked Phil which rooms he would recommend, as I'm a light sleeper. Among the few he recommended, we went with Room 10, which ended up being great. Very quiet and comfortable, and it was...

Phil was so nice he felt like an Uncle. Very accommodating! The Inn itself is so quaint, but even being the oldest Inn in the area it didn't feel run down at all. Our room was super clean and even had toiletries you wouldn't expect them to think of ( Advil pm) in our bathroom. We had a gas fireplace...

We stayed here for 2 nights. We stayed in the North Suite and it was perfect. The living room area had a pull out bed that slept 2 teenagers. The separate bedroom had a queen size bed and a huge bathroom. Very quiet place. The breakfast was great!!!! Phil was very nice.

I recently stayed for 3 days with my grandson. I took some other reviewers advice and called Phil to ask what the best room was for us. He upgraded us to a beautiful suite, we felt very comfortable right away. We were supposed to move to a standard room on our second two nights as part of a package, but...

We stayed here for a summer weekend as part of the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge and loved it! The rooms were very nice and modern, and there was enough personality to know that you weren't staying at a Hyatt, but it wasn't overdone (i.e. there aren't hundreds of knick knacks, there weren't 500 pillows on the bed, etc). We stayed...

My sister and I took part in the Vermont Challenge this past weekend, unfortunately our accommodations were at another Inn. Next year we will be back and will definitely be staying here! The Innkeeper Phil and staff were so friendly, we had a great time with the challenge. My sister and I had dinner at the Inn's restaurant on Saturday...

Not only the West Dover Inn but Phil, Kathy, and (the lovely) Lauren have always provided amazing service. My wife and I have stayed here for the past four years during the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge. We've always had a wonderful experience. The inn is older and provides that rustic charm (which we love). The rooms are maintained extremely well....
