We wanted to thank Mitch and Jenn for having an Inn such as The Paw House Inn. What a great place if you like to travel with your dog. Most hotels, that allow pets, have you leave your dog crated in the room while you leave. The Paw House Inn allows your dog everywhere but the dining area. We chose...

This was our first experience in a B&B that caters to dog lovers and their dogs. The initial greeting and warmth of the owners was incredible. Even the conversations on the phone when making reservations and getting information was reassuring and helpful. Jen and Mitch made us genuinely feel like old friends. I am not sure what the "terrible" review...

My wife and I brought our dog to this charming bed and breakfast. Mitch and Jennifer were some of the nicest people we've dealt with at B&B's. They are very helpful. Rather than mints on the pillow we had dog treats, and a long list of dog friendly hiking trails and restaurants in the area. Our dog loved the playground...

We have been to Vermont for over 10 years, and this B&B is the best Dog Friendly B&B we found! Mitch & Jen take great care of their guests; they will do anything for you and your dogs. Their breakfasts are gourmet, offering anything you desire. Beds were comfortable; we really enjoyed the porch rocker. We have stayed in Southern,...

We went in Spring 2010. The pictures are beyond deceiving, I cannot even begin to stress that fact. There is so much to review, I will be as brief as possible so you will get a decent grasp on what you are being deceived on through their website. For us Humans: the TV in the room is about a 10...

What compels someone who stays three nights at a family owned inn to write such a hateful review - many months after their visit? If this person felt as strongly as he/she did about their stay, why not bring it to our attention while here? Regardless of the answers, this person (who joined TripAdvisor this week seemingly just to write...

When looking for a place to vacation with our furry kid, we came upon the Paw House Inn. It seemed perfect and since we’d never been to Vermont, we decided to give it a try. Although we were a little apprehensive above going to place we’ve never been before. The Inn was amazing. Visually, the area is beautifully and geographically...

My wife, dog and I just returned from the Paw House Inn and had a great time. The bedrooms and common areas are immaculate and charming. The staff is extremely helpful answering questions, make delicious breakfasts, and offer great suggestions for dining and dog friendly activities in the area. The on-site dog playground is well kept and offers a lot...

If you are a true dog lover looking to bring your best friend on vacation, look no further than the Paw House. Our dog has never been more welcome, or happier, and we look forward to our next visit. Mitch and the staff definitely live up to the claim that dogs are not just tolerated, they are the center of...

My wife and I traveled to The Paw House with our dog, and thought it was great. They had wonderful accomodations for our pet, everything was convenient. The inn keepers were warm and personable, and the breakfasts were awesome. French toast and waffles, fantastic scambled eggs, and more! We recommend The Paw House to anyone who wishes to visit a...

We had read some of the bad reviews here and were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. We reached there at around 10:00 PM there was no one there to greet us but we knew that in advance. The welcome packet was good and to the point. For the guests arriving late I would suggest add a little paragraph...
