Our stay was odd. Booked a room with two twin beds and ended up sharing the room with my son when his flight was cancelled. No one in office at our arrival in the late afternoon, and no sign telling guests what to do. Asked someone sitting in back yard who directed me to a door marked Private. The owner...

Dear Michele, I apologize for the late response, and that you did not find your stay satisfactory. We usually keep the front door locked for the safety of our guests as well as the owners. Since we are not always in the office upon new guest arrival, this also encourages the guests to ring the door bell to notify us...

I booked a room here for my wife as she was travelling from Los Angeles to Vermont to pick up our dayghter from summer camp. It seemed nice and was reasonably near the airport as she would be arriving late at night - around 10pm. The booking was through Expedia, through whom I had searched for a hotel - no...

Dear Victoria, I regret what happens but because reservation was made through Expedia I had no knowledge about room cancellation until the last minute.

Stayed here last weekend. Couldn't be more happy! I booked on booking.com but called the inn after. The owner was a sweet heart! I told her I had celiac and she said she could make me gluten free waffles or pancakes. We arrived at 2:30 and were able to check in. I've stayed at tons of Bed and Breakfasts and...

We booked a room for three women and were told we would have a bed and pull-out couch; the pull-out was not made up and was of such poor quality (one could feel the springs through the thin mattress) that we all slept in one bed; we had read of the "waffle experience" and so informed our hostess that we...

If you are looking for a clean nice room in a 1960's era tract house on a busy highway, this is your place. Our room was clean, comfortable and the beds were good. We had the same waffle experience described by other disappointed guests. But this was not the kind of B&B experience we expected. We thought we were going...

We four weary pilgrims arrived late in the afternoon and were thrilled to see that our rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. We had very busy days seeing the sights of the Burlington VT area, and were thankful for this retreat just minutes outside of Burlington proper. The hostess was formal, professional, and gave us good advice about things to...

I tried to cancel a 2 night reservation with these people, giving them 3 and a half weeks notice for one of the busiest weekends of the year. Despite the fact that they will likely rent that room, they FORCED me to pay them a $185.90 cancellation fee. They said if I didn't pay, they would report me to collections....

Very clean room. Owner was not friendly or flexible. Don't try to check in a minute before 3 pm. Breakfast was a small waffle and not enough for my husband. I couldn't even get the coffee pot refilled...other b&b's will give you a generous brkfast for that price. I could stay at days inn for half the price and get...

Our stay at this B&B was lovely. The room was clean and confortable, breakfast was supurb and Neringa was a most charming hostess. It's proximity to Vermont attractions was great without being in the midst of city traffic. I would highly recommend a stay at this B&B.

We stayed here just one night as we were in town to attend a wedding. The house is in a great, convenient location. The owner is very sweet and the house is full of great pictures of their olympic adventures, cultural memorabilia etc. We stayed in the Cherry room that had a very comfortable bed and its own bathroom. As...

“This B&B is in a modern home, not a farmhouse or 19th century building. The house was built with the idea of a B&B in mind, so the overnight guest part of the house is on one side of the living area, and the private home is on the other side. All in all, a very well thought-out layout.”
