We found the check in no problem but a bit further out than expected. Our unit #125 was clean and roomy for a one bedroom. It definitely was not comparable to other RCI resorts we have stayed at but it had everything we needed in...More
The stairway leading into our condo had a stained carpet and absolutely filthy windows. This was not a welcome site. Our condo seemed clean although the furnishings and wall painting was tired and not attractive. The mattresses on both beds were comfortable, and the bedding...More

We stayed here because it is pet friendly and we are making a push to get out more, which we used to do a lot when we were younger. The room we got was a little dated, mirrors all over the walls... Everything was clean...More
Pet friendly. Dog park was a little far so just went there once.
Not a typical time share so no one tried to sell us anything or take a tour.
Nice pool right next to our condo.
1.5 hr drive to DC. Will definitely return....More
Everything was excellent there. The staff took care of everything very efficiently. If there was anything negative our grand kids felt it was that there was no wi-fi, but there is too much to do without it. :o))

I've stayed in two different Pines condo's/chalets. The price is $100 deposit (check only) for 1 pet (I believe it actually may cover 2 pets). If you check in during business hours, you'll leave a personal check for the deposit when you pick up the keys. Or if you check in after hours (they'll give you the combination for a box outside the office that contains the keys, instructions, etc), then the first business day after check in leave the check at the office. The Pines will hold the check for 6 weeks after you check out, assuming there are no issues due to the pet, then they tear up the check. The Pines is the only resort area of Bryce Resort that allows dogs. They apparently have very if any problems with allowing responsible owners to bring their furry family members along.
