Clean with all of the necessary amenities. Be aware that you may have a short walk to parking...It was cold and rainy for my visit. Great central location for a visit to VT. Only complaint (in case hotel gets this): coffee cup lids don't fit...Your supplier messed up...Made for a sloppy schlep to the parking garage and to the room.

Stayed at the Inn during a family visit. Cozy and convenient, walking distance to most places (breakfast, coffee, dinner, drinks). Pull out sofa mattress needs replaced but sitting room had a refrigerator and TV separate from the bedroom. Front desk staff seem "bothered" upon check-in/check-out.

As one can see from a map, it is very convenient to VT. It is pleasant, well-appointed, clean and tidy. Now here are the negatives: price apparently is based entirely on location, no breakfast and the Keurigs both ran out of water often in the morning, single/small and extremely slow elevator, poor parking set-up as only a few can actually...

In town for two nights. Excellent location a few blocks from campus, across from Starbucks and next to Cabo. Booked a suite-a bit disappointed in the size of the room. With pullout sofa-not much room to move. Sound insulation was poor- could clearly hear TV next door through the wall. Enjoyed lobby area with TV, well- stocked Kureig coffee bar,...

Fantastic place to stay, clean, cozy, stylish and convenient. I can't find anything negative to say about this place. I loved the hospitality of the coffee machines and snacks, easy walk to anywhere you need to go. If you are up to the mile walk to Famous Anthony's like we were then you can park in the covered parking and not...

Was in town for a gig. As a traveling musician, I have seen the good and the bad, and this place is definitely good. Decent beds, good water pressure. Staff helpful. All my other colleagues (group of 13) said the same thing.

Since I grew up in Blacksburg I know the town well but I had not been back in about 20 years and as they say the more things change the more they change. Took a chance staying at Main Street inn. Normally opt for the tired and true mega chains with "free breakfast" but every now and then try something...

Very nice suite layout. Separated rooms with bedroom and living room. Sofa bed in the living room. Two separate sinks with mirrors. In room microwave and refrigerator. Covered parking. Directly across the street from a Starbucks. So very near campus and dining that you probably will not need your car.

The hotel is very nice, pleasant room, although I could hear the guy above me chatting on his phone and he wasn't very loud--noise control seems to be a minor issue. It wasn't busy either, and I wonder how loud the place gets when it's sold out. Otherwise everything was great, hotel wise. Housekeeping did a great job. No breakfast,...

We stayed here for a quick overnight before picking up our sons, Tech students, for a Thanksgiving week vacation. You can probably find something a little less expensive closer to Christiansburg but we really wanted to be close to campus. By that measure, this is the best deal around. Staff was friendly, room was quiet, and we appreciated the coffee...
