Came to pick up our grandson at VT. Lovely suite, clean and accessible to many sites. Would stay here again. Staff very friendly. They offer a free breakfast. Room 216 overlooks the trash area a and parking. Go for another room.

Love the lobby! Coffee, tea, cookies, apples and a warm cozy fireplace! Very inviting! Clean room. Very nice. The down sides I realize are temporary however, at the time construction work on garage was annoying as couldn't park close out of the cold elements. Walking to get the car in -10 not so fun! We will come again though!

Loved the hotel, its very central to all locations at the city. The bed was great, so was the 24/7 coffee/tea and biscotti at the lobby. The staff was great, and offered us rooms with better views after complaining the first we were assigned, which overlooked the neighbours air-conditions split units. I wish it offered at least breakfast, but there...

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the staff pleasant and helpful (they let us check out at 1pm). It's conveniently located - walking distance to anything downtown and 1/2 mile from the heart of Virginia Tech campus. What they don't have, which I would have appreciated, is a breakfast option, although they did offer coffee and packaged biscotti....

We enjoy Blacksburg and The Main Street Inn is our favorite place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always make us feel at home. The coffee and juice in the mornings are wonderful and the cookies some evenings are an added bonus. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in downtown Blacksburg. Downtown shopping, restaurants,...

I traveled to Blacksburg recently for business and it was suggested I try Main Street Inn. The staff was so helpful with directions. Very accommodating. The best part was the location. After driving to Blacksburg and then to all my appointments, it was nice to be able to park my car and walk to great restaurants and relax. My room...

The prices were absurd just because it was a football weekend. Aside from that the accommodations were nice. Found hotel to be very quiet. For $250 dollars a night I wish they would have had bagels or donuts in the morning. They did have apples and some type of granola bar. Not what we wanted. Our heater was blowing out...

My stay here was fine. Nothing spectacular though, hence the 3 star average rating which I will explain as fair and balanced below. First off, this is Blacksburg Va. We have poor options for food, dining, and hotels.... Something you deal with. This hotel is somewhat more expensive than their rivals and they bill themselves as a luxury hotel in...
