Betty and Emmett Crocker are two of the most gracious, lovely people you will meet. They keep a spotless house and made me and my three sons (19-25) feel completely welcome. My college friend's son's wedding was held at a plantation B&B in Providence Forge. My husband and I traveled to the area to attend the wedding. I completely agree to the first two reviews of this b&b. You are really on the countryside, still not too far away from Richmond or Williamsburg. The plantations are very near, also the Charles City Tavern which offers great dining opportunities (slightly upscale). It is so quiet and peaceful and the interior is spotless and very modern so you also...

We wholeheartedly agree with what MiaKay has written about lovely Red Hill Farm B&B and its charming and knowlegeable hosts Betty and Emmett Crocker. The Red Hill Inn is located beside County Road 5, a mostly rural road that connects Richmond, VA to Jamestown and Yorktown. The James River plantations of Westover, Berkeley, and Shirley are located here. The Red Hill Inn is a lovely, immaculate home owned by Betty and Emmett Crocker.
