Stayed 1 night as a couple visiting Charlottesville. Check in was easy and welcoming. Room was charming and comfortable although our bathroom was extremely small. Can't speak to the same in any of the other rooms but it was fine overall. Convenient access to the parking lot between the two buildings. Breakfast was delicious breads, fruits, yogurt and was nice...

We usually do not stay in bed and breakfast places but I picked 200 S. St. Inn for it's location which is perfect for the pedestrian mall and quick easy access to Monticello. The inn was very welcoming and we loved the wine and cheese with multiple places to sit outside. Our suite (#9) was beautiful and it was very...

We spent 2 nights at the Inn, but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. John at the desk gives excellent directions. The breakfast has fresh fruit, truly "homemade" breads and sweet rolls, and great coffee, juices, etc. The location is 2 blocks from the walking mall, which has several restaurants. Next door is...

The customer service was not up to standard as compared to our the many stays at other Bed and Breakfasts. The Breakfast is poor. A chain hotel offers a better Breakfast. Our purpose at staying at Bed and Breakfast is to interact with other guests and owners. There is little chance of any interaction. The Breakfast was a COLD offering....

We spent Easter weekend at this Inn and simply loved every minute we were there. We had a room in the main house which was safe and secure. The daily breakfast was plenty to start the day and the weather was so nice, that we ate out on the main porch. We easily walked to the historic downtown mall. We...

Our suite, with separate living room was fantastic. Our hosts were wonderfully hospitable. Great wine, cheese, breakfast, and cookies. Perfect location. I highly recommend this charming and comfortable inn.

This inn was in a great location, a pleasant 5-minute walk to the downtown mall. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, and the bed was comfortable. My only issues were with the TV in our room, which did not work, and the staff didn't know how to fix it. I was only planning to watch TV briefly every day, but...

South Street Inn is very conveniently located to the Downtown Mall. Quick and easy 5-6 minute walk. We liked that parking was available on site. We stayed in room 9, large, clean, comfortable. A suite really. Nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable enough and the pillows very good. We did not use either fireplace so can't comment on that. The...

Staff made our stay very pleasant. Downtown mall and restaurants are within walking distance. Our stay at the inn was split between a cottage suite and room. The Contiental Breakfast is good but I prefer a hot meal.
