I asked for a clean - quiet room.....and that's exactly what I received! The front desk manager the day I was checking out - specifically asked me how the location of my room worked out. Amazing! Hotel is close to a grocery store - conveniently located. If I stay in C'ville again - I would definitely consider this hotel

This is set up just as most other Marriott Courtyard hotels. Nice lobby, Bistro and business computers where you enter. The sitting area is also here with a big TV. The dining booths all have a TV in them so you can watch what you want to. The staff here is very friendly. Elizabeth and Charlie are 2 that we...

We stayed at this hotel on an overnight wedding anniversary trip. It was exactly as you'd expect from a renovated Courtyard - clean, fairly modern furniture, updated lobby and dining area. We could tell the building was older, but it's well-maintained. In-room climate control worked well. The only disappointment was that the restaurant didn't start serving on time when we...

At first I was a little upset with the hotel. I made it to my room and the toilet would not stop running. I contacted the front desk and they were quick to send maintenance to try to fix my issue. He was not but the women at the front desk were quick to get me moved. They even moved...

Extremely empty the night we visited (Friday night in February). Close to great restaurants and shopping. Nothing special but no problems occurred while staying there for one night. I would stay there again!

Check in took an extraordinary time due to a glitch in the system. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very spread out with long hallways. It can be a long haul from the front desk to the elevator.

Great location close to UVA. We walked to the campus and to the many nearby restaurants. Parking is in a covered garage. The room that we had smelled just a tad funky, but other than that, was clean. Definitely would consider staying here again for the location and proximity to campus.

Stayed over New Years Weekend while visiting family in the area. Traveled with my husband and our 4 and 7yr old as well as another family with a 7yr old. The hotel is family friendly-- indoor pool (though water was cold and my husband cut his toe pretty badly on a rough surface of the deeper end) and the lounge...

A very good Marriott hotel in the north part of Charlottesville with immediate access to Route 29 as well as good, traffic-free access to the downtown district via major streets to the east. Large rooms with built-in microwave and free wi-fi make its a comfortable setting. Large public space with a small bar and sandwich & salad kitchen, opening out...

1/3/2017 We were moving to the area of Charlottesville VA. We had booked 2 nights through hotels.com. First night was ok. Sat in the hot tub. Very relaxing considering all the travel. We ordered from the Bistro. Hot wings and hummus were good. We were tired and decided to get 2 sandwiches, a turkey club which was great and a...
