Rooms were attractive, clean and comfortable and the owner and helpers couldn't have been nicer. Felt like home. Within in walking distance of the Amtrak station and great restaurants, as well as the University of Virginia campus.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and flexible, room and public areas were tidy and immaculately clean. I enjoyed a pleasant night's sleep because the traffic quieted down soon after rush hour. Great coffee in the morning and made-to-order breakfast. Pleasant morning conversation with the owner, a UV faculty member. The only downside was the distance to the UV campus and...

I would recommend this B&B to anyone! The home was beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. The owner was amazing and followed up with calls and any questions I had. She was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great, not the mention the breakfast was extroadinary! Will be staying here again next time I return to Charlotesville.

My husband, daughter, and son-in-law recently stayed at the 10th Street B & B as part of a trip to Charlottesville to visit Monticello for my birthday. The Tenth Street B & B was perfect for us. We had a lovely walk (maybe a mile?) from the residential neighborhood to great restaurants etc.. The Tenth Street B & B was...

We stayed for three nights in this lovely newly renovated house. It is most convenient to town centre and all attractions. The hospitality was flawless, and breakfast was excellent. We hope to return on a future trip to explore more of middle a America, as the location is only 2 hours from Washington Dulles Airport.

We stayed at 10th Street B&B this past weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and had several recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Charlottesville. The breakfasts were huge and delicious. The room (we stayed in the Thomas Suite) was very large and comfortable. And the...

We stayed here for a quick getaway and would come back in a heartbeat. Clean, cute house and amazing hospitality. It's been years since I ate a breakfast that incredible and with so many options. The site says it will feel like your "home away from home", and it does not disappoint.

We spent a week here. We got to know the owner (who cooked breakfast for us) very well, and by the last day, she sat down and had breakfast with us. Breakfast was super. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and we had a lovely time. The whole house is spotless. Please ask for the room with ensuite bath...

I took my husband for his 30th birthday weekend and this was the perfect place. It is a very charming house in a quiet neighborhood. Only minutes from downtown and UVA campus. We very much enjoyed our time and we will definitely come again. Our room was the Thomas Suite and it is a large and spacious room with a...

Had a fantastic evening at Tenth Street Bed and Breakfast! The warm, family feeling and hospitality made me feel so very comfortable and at ease--which is very meaningful after a long day's drive. As soon as I arrived, one of the family members immediately greeted me and helped me carry my things, followed by a tour of the home---a very...
