If you are expecting ANY service this is not the hotel for you. They do not clean your room. You must exchange towels out for fresh ones. You must create your own ice with the trays. All this should be communicated on the website so...More
By far and away the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Very dirty; they say they will clean every two weeks, but I didn't see them at all in the 15 days I stayed. The elevators and hallways have a permanent marijuana stench.

Great service, all the staff was fantastic. Great location and price.
Beds need to be more comfortable, but everything else was great.
The cleaning person Andrea was phenomenal.
We will plan to stay at more woodspring locations in future travels.More
