Our son loves this place. The pool, the ponies and the roof top deck provide a great atmosphere. A great place to make home base while taking advantage of the area. The staff is friendly and its always quiet, clean and relaxing.
Loved the family atmosphere, fabulous breakfast, room and grounds are clean and cheery and the pool/hot tub is really fun! There are a few ponies on the premise that you can feed too! The room was spotless and the Inn is near the entrance to...More

Yes, you could walk to several restaurants and ice cream however the road is 2 lane and not real wide so you would just be on the edge of the road with a lot of traffic at times. There is also a traffic circle to negotiate but you could do that carefully. However I would not recommend with small children. Many people rent bikes and ride around. There is McDonalds next door (on the other side of the pony pen).
