    This location receives Hilton's Connie award on a regular basis. It is a top shelf example of the Hampton brand. A little pricey though considering the middle of February is the depth of the off season at this beach resort town

    Business trip stay done right
    Very modern rooms and facilities. Staff were all super friendly. Everything was clean and looked very well tended. Complimentary breakfast was well done and always well stocked. Would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again.

    Which floor is recommended on waterfront? Booked first floor, but maybe best above floors for view of boats and less bugs on balcony?
    It is a personal preference. The first floor is a great view because our first floor is elevated about 5 feet above the ground so you get a beautiful view of the water and boats going by.

    We were on the third floor. Had a wonderful bay view and lovely breezes.

    Could you please tell me if the balconies are separated from one another by some type of privacy screen?
    Yes. FYI the balconies are small. Not very wide. I did sit outside on the balcony in March on a nice afternoon. Being by myself, it was more than adequate and view was perfect. Nice motel.

    Is there an easy way to launch a kayak from the property? If not ,closest public boat launch ?
    Our hotel is on the waterfront and you can tie up your kayak here, but we do not have the ability to launch. The closest public boat ramp is very close, it is located 1/4 mile from the hotel. If you have any questions please feel free to call us. 757-336-1616
